At first, the property appeared nice and spacious, which made a good first impression. However, several issues quickly made our stay very frustrating.The kitchen only had an older-style coffee maker, so just a heads-up—not compatible with pods. The internet was essentially nonexistent, which made it impossible to use the smart TVs in the main areas, and the bedroom TVs were not smart at all.The biggest issue, unfortunately, was a cockroach infestation in the kitchen. It was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. We had to store all of our food in the refrigerator to keep it protected.Trying to get help was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. We were unable to reach management at all, and when we finally got in touch with the host, we were simply redirected to a property manager whose contact information was nowhere to be found. There was no clear support or accountability. We ultimately had to go through Vrbo, spending hours trying to get any kind of response. When someone was finally sent out, the pest control visit was rushed and ineffective—they spent less than a minute spraying and left, which did absolutely nothing to resolve the infestation.Overall, the lack of communication, lack of urgency, and complete failure to properly address a serious issue like a cockroach infestation made this an extremely disappointing and unacceptable stay. Basic maintenance and responsive management were clearly lacking.
