Recently upgraded the owner has spared no expense with their home. Step through the front door of this modern villa and you will find it decorated with the highest end furniture, pictures and appliances.
This single storey level home has tile throughout the living area, and has an open floor concept great for entertaining. The living area has new leather corner sofas a 65 LED TV complete with surround sound and overlooks the lanai and pool deck through the glass doors, a fully equipped kitchen is a dream outfitted with counter tops and professional grade stainless steel appliances. A dining area with a seating of 6, breakfast bar and another table with seating for 4
The bedrooms consist of a large king master suite with bathroom and a 50" LED TV, The main master bedroom has a beautiful walk in shower with large tub to soak away after a long day on your feet at the parks as well as a pool view through glass sliding doors. The other rooms consist of Queen beds and Twin beds with shared bathrooms along with a laundry room and games room.
Take full advantage of the Florida sunshine, and make long lasting memories in your own private pool. This large outside area will provide you with a private space to allow you to take in the rays and unwind from long days at the park. The pool area features plenty of seating area for dining . House is large and spacious. Overall a nice place. It is an older home with natural wear and tear. But nothing that prevents you from having a good relaxing vacation. One of our favorite things is the pool area was secluded. We didn't have neighbors able to see in our back pool area which was great. I do recommend putting in a pool handrail.

Highland Reserve

We had a lovely weeks stay at the Highland Reserve. The house is set on the 9th fairway of the golf course and perfect if you play golf. We were out everyday and used the house as a base and at the end of each day, the kids enjoyed the pool. The only downside was some of the furniture was a little tired and worn but overall an enjoyable stay.
