From the moment we walked in, we were blown away—not only by how spacious and well laid out the home is, but by how beautifully decorated every single room was. You can tell a lot of thought (and likely a professional touch) went into the design. It truly felt like a home away from home.The house itself is extremely comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware we needed, which made meals easy and convenient.The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts.The heated pool and hot tub were amazing, and we spent so much time enjoying the covered patio with plenty of seating. The grill was also a great bonus (just bring your own charcoal), and we loved being able to cook and enjoy meals outside.For families, this home is a dream. The garage playroom filled with toys was such a standout feature—my son absolutely loved it and stayed entertained for hours. It’s such a thoughtful addition that really sets this place apart.The location is convenient—Publix is only about 10–15 minutes away, and Walmart 30 minutes.The host truly made this stay exceptional. They were extremely attentive and responsive, always quick to reply, checked in to make sure we were doing well, and even provided great recommendations for things to do in the area.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. Between the comfort, thoughtful amenities, stunning decor, amazingly comfortable beds, and outstanding host, 10/10 recommend!

Pros: the heated hot tub and pool were a big hit. Having a dining room table that seated all ten of us was a welcome change from other vacation rentals. Really enjoyed not having neighbors behind us! Owner was receptive to questions. The kids enjoyed the air hockey, foosball and garage toys...Cons: ...but there were no books, games or puzzles for the adults, thankfully we brought our own. There were minor issues with towel racks falling off the walls, nightstand drawers that wouldn't stay closed and dull knives in the kitchen. Be warned, you need to provide all the needed trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent and any kitchen spices or paper products. (This is stated in the rental agreement) Biggest negative (altho not the owner's fault) was the long, long lines to get back into the resort at the end of the day. Yes we were there over the holidays but it didn't matter what time of day it was. The resort really needs to address this issue!

Had a great stay, Michael was super responsive when contacted. Villa was great, check-in was super easy, villa had so much space, pool and spa were excellent and kitchen was great and what a change for a villa to have enough plates/utensils etc. for the number of people its is advertised for. Location was lovely and quiet and just things like rubbish taken daily was a bonus. Would thoroughly recommend.

A Great House For A Big Group

Clean, updated, fun home. We stayed here with 11 people (3 teens and 8 adults). There was room for 1 more kid if we had needed it. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The clubhouse amenities were nice (one time fee of 35 for everyone to use it for the week).Owner was easy to contact. Great communication! We would stay here again if we were in the area.

My stay was overall wonderful.The property was as pictured( beautiful).I love to cook and I usually take my own pots,but this property had great quality pots and plenty of them.It was alot of room to accommodate my family ( a party of 12). Great family trip

We really enjoyed our stay, property manager/owner was very responsive to questions before and during our trip. House was great size for our group and pool was big enough for all to enjoy! Club house was an added bonus and the resort was well taken care of. We liked the daily trash removal and the play room was perfect for the kids. Would definitely book again!

Returning clients - great stay

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. Nicely decorated, lots of space and comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well equipped. House is close to the club house. The host is very responsive and incredibly quick to address any issues we encountered.

Davenport Stay

We had a great stay at the property. Lots of room for a family get together which included different age groups from a baby to toddlers and grand parents. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We also used the Solterra Gym and Resort everyday.

Our stay was a beautiful experience. The home was very spacious and accommodating to my family and I. The only thing we were confused about was access to the pool etc. We didn’t know we’d have to pay in order to use that.

Family Oasis

Family vacation

For the most part the stay at this property was great the pictures were exactly like the property. The house was clean, as well as the check in was a breeze especially with a family of 12. Only issue we had was both refrigerators went out during our stay and we had to improvise the owner did respond quickly and sent someone but the refrigerator never started back working properly. The shower heads in every bathroom look like they need much cleaning and/or upgraded. But the overall experience and stay was great would definitely stay again.

Vacation Rental

One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. Very well layed out, tons of space. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Pool/spa were delightful. No complaints that we could come up with. We had 3 different families/couples there - and one has plans to book this again for their holiday trip!

Very big house ideal for 4 couples or 2-3 families. Had mostly was is needed. A few things (mainly pans and and kitchen stuff) need updating (ie; cooking for 6-7 in a very small frying pan is tough) or replacement but very much OK. Decent stay overall

Family vacation for 10

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. The house had everything we needed. Lots of dishes, utensils, pots, bowls and towels. We paid for pool heat and it was a perfect temperature. Tons of space and the extra fridge in the garage was a benefit and well used. We lost the internet once so we emailed John and it was fixed within minutes. There is open space behind the property and a hedge around the pool area so lots of privacy. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.
