We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host was amazing- only a text away and very quick responses like we have never had before!! Nice to have all 4 bedrooms on the main level, cable tv on every tv, good wifi and within walking distance to the Oasis pool where we spent many hours with the kids. Would definitely rent again.

Thank you Evolve and the Dixon’s on a well equipped home. I appreciated not having to buy cookie sheets and pans. The downside however would be that when we set the thermostat to a lower temperature it would be raised back to 75, the master bedroom would be hot with the fan on Another downside was we’ve been coming to Champions Gate for the last 4 years, the amount of cars parked on the street was too much, granted it was a holiday weekend it’s never been that bad. Community guidelines were not enforced. There were people smoking “pot” all around which made sitting outside uncomfortable but to smoke a cigarette you had to go in the road, not on the property. House was great, overall the Community needs more enforcement for everyone not just for some
