The Space:

Sunlight pours through the living room windows, inviting you to unwind after a day of theme‑park thrills. Step onto the patio and feel the warm Florida breeze as you dip into your private pool, the perfect backdrop for a relaxed barbecue. Inside, the spacious layout lets the whole family gather around the large kitchen island, sharing stories over a home‑cooked meal. Every corner of this home is designed for comfort, giving you a true home‑away‑from‑home experience.



Sleeping arrangements

- Downstairs bedroom 1 – King Bed, sleeps 2.

- Upstairs bedroom 2 – King Bed with attached bathroom, sleeps 2.

- Upstairs bedroom 3 – Two Full size beds, sleeps 2.

Outdoor living

Your private pool comes with loungers for sunbathing and an optional heating feature for cooler evenings. A covered BBQ area lets you grill favorites while the kids splash safely. As a guest of Storey Lake Resort you also have access to a community water park and an amenity center with a clubhouse, adding extra fun without leaving the property.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a generous countertop, and all the cookware needed for family meals. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces provide flexibility for casual breakfasts or evening al fresco dinners under the stars.



Living space

The large living area offers ample seating for movie nights or board games, and a free washer/dryer keeps wardrobes fresh throughout your stay. Large windows frame views of the resort’s landscaped grounds, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

Located in Kissimmee’s Storey Lake Resort, you’re just 20‑25 minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, making theme‑park adventures easy to reach. The Neighborhood:

Located right in the heart of Kissimmee. Nestled near the ever-so-beloved Walt Disney World, as well as SeaWolrd Orlando and Universal Studios.



Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to everything from fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free designated parking when booking our property.



Up to (2) cars can park in front of the unit in parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
