I would not recommend this place. Internet was slow and unreliable. I specifically asked the host about the internet prior to booking and he said it was fast which was not true. We could never use more than one device connected to the internet at one time and would lose connection over and over. When I told the guy about the issues we were having after we got there he said the internet wasn't the best and that it wasn't fiber optic. I never would have booked if I knew that, as I need fast reliable internet for work. It was a nightmare trying to complete my work during our stay. We lost electrical power one day due to an issue with payment by the host.When we arrived the place needed cleaning. There were old balloons taped to the walls inside and outside and other decorations that needed to be cleaned up. The washer was full of mold and didn't work. The host did replace the washer with a new one 3 days after we got there. Unit pool is on north side doesn't get much sun and is not heated. It was dirty except for a few hours right after pool guy would come, so couldn't use it much. Didn't give key fob for the clubhouse until over a month after we got there so couldn't use fitness area or pool.One unit next door had new people checking in/out every 2-3 days. The other unit next door had a big dog that barked a lot throughout the day.While cleaning I found a Nest camera under one of the beds, unbelievable!Was also asked multiple times to let people in the home for showings.
