Great Vacation home

This property was clean, modern and the neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was very accommodating. When I called them with an issue, they immediately handle the situation with no question asked. I would rent this property again.

The house was new just like in the description. Great beds and very clean. Quiet and private subdivision. The house is open concept with a huge kitchen perfect for families. Would def stay there again. Just a short ride to universal studios of 15-20 min.

Good owner to work with

The owner was very responsive to the couple of issues we had during the stay and had any concerns addressed promptly. We forgot an item at the house and the owner was very good about making sure we were able to retrieve it.

Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. We didn't cook, so I can't say anything much about the kitchen, but it looked stocked. We were pleased with the house. There are few minor repairs that need to be done so it didn't feel brand new, but nothing that hindered our stay. (just cosmetic) The communication with this owner is great!

Spring Training Stay

A group of three adults came to Florida to watch our boys play baseball during the RussMatt Spring Training games. The house is in the center of all the fields we played at. The house was very clean, well decorated and stocked with all that we needed such as toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent and even a few waters in the fridge. The host was wonderful to work with and even gave us a list of things nearby. I would 100% stay with this host again.
