Host was very responsive, the house was lovely, with lots of room and nicely decorated. The poo and hot tub glowers great- our kids loved it! We were there for New Years Eve and we could see the fireworks from the Omni Hotel from our upstairs windows!

Beautiful home, well kept, all bedding was soft and smelled fresh. Basic kitchen essentials, functional washer/dryer, close access to community pool with water slides. All was as described! Quiet, safe community. We had a lovely stay. I wish the hot tub was hotter but my kids loved the heated pool and there were a few pool toys they enjoyed, especially the basketball hoop! Every VRBO is different - some have ample board games, books, some pantry basics like spices. This home was bare bones in that regard. But otherwise we had no complaints. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay with the best host. Everything was exactly as pictured. The house was very clean, spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. The master suite was even bigger than expected. Everything was clean and the amenities were excellent. The host was amazing, provided all the basic essentials for the house and responded right away both times when I reached out with a question.

Great Trip!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The property was exactly as listed. It is very spacious and all necessities are provided. We especially enjoyed the outside pool area! We would definitely rent again.

Awesome House

Our trip was fantastic! From pre check in to check out the house and amenities were amazing! The host and house manager were in constant communication in regards to every need & question I had. The kids and adults loved the pool at the house and the community pool with water slides! We would definitely want to stay here again. I will keep the 5 stars but I wish the bathrooms were cleaned a bit better as there was hair from previous guests still in the shower and tub. Not a deal breaker though. A part from that our stay was marvelous.

Perfect for a large family!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough so everyone had their own space and bathroom. The pool was great! Disney is about 25 minutes away! We will definitely stay here again!

Spring Break at Disney

Nice house, fairly close to Disney. Kids loved the pool at the house. Be aware the workout facility and pool with lazy river are not in the immediate neighborhood. You will need to drive since the community is not walking friendly. Nice outside area. Bedrooms/bathrooms were clean, rest of the house was not as clean as I would have liked. Kids had fun in the game room. This was the first time not staying on Disney property and we are planning to go back and staying at Disney next year. It just can’t compete!

Beautiful centrally located home!

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home! The home owner was helpful, accommodating and responsive during the booking process. Check in was easy and the property manager was helpful throughout our stay! The home was beautiful and clean. Publix is located approximately 10 minutes (allowing time for traffic) from the home, as well as a variety of shopping and dining options. This is a gated community and we felt safe and secure dining the stay. Due to the cooler temps, we weren’t able to utilize the onsite club house or water park, but it did look pretty cool AND was fully staffed should we have decided to brave the temperature! There’s plenty of room in the home to accommodate a larger group! We used the hot tub every night of our stay and even dipped in the pool for a minute or two. Book your stay! You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful accommodations for family vacation

Just returned home from a flawless stay(other than the weather) at this beautiful home. The pictures are accurate. A large home with a cozy feel. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is there that we needed. The pool and hot tub were very nice with a perfect temperature. We enjoyed the Oasis Club house, pools, hot tub and lazy river plus the waterslide park(right near us). Dealing with the owner has been easy. Always a quick response and he has been very accommodating to us. Definately worth staying at this property.

Even better than it looks in the pictures

We visited the last week of august 2023, loved the house and champions gate complex and location as a whole. House was beautiful, pristine and very well equipped with eveything you could possibly think of, even though the youngest of our group was 2, I still noticed there were provisions for babies like travel cot, crib and highchair, so catered for everyone. Lovely outside area, pool and jacuzzi. Couldn't fault it and would definitely recommend to anyone, if we go back to Orlando, would love to stay again.

Great home and location!

I’d like to start by saying that Harnek was super responsive during our booking, before our stay, and at the start of our or stay. We had issues at check in with our names not being listed on the property and security wouldn’t let us in. This was an issue after we’d been traveling all day and had hungry kiddos. Harnek was super responsive and was able to get us in eventually. The property manager was able to get us there correct access the next morning. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary things needed to feel like home. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels to use located next to each bathroom. The pool and hot tub were great. Our families had a great time and hope to be back again soon! One little issue they may want to find a fix for is the toilet in the bathroom next to the Mickey Mouse room. It is still getting clogged as was stated in a previous review. Overall great stay. I’d highly recommend.

The property was great it was some mixed up throughout our stay tried to barbecue the propane tank then have propane in it my mom's bed broke down on us the bathrooms upstairs with clogged the toilet but other than that it was a great day just make sure you check your propane tanks so people can use them

Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed everything about this property. Close to the parks and had a private pool and hot tub that we used every day. We needed the maintenance crew a couple of times and they were very fast. Can’t go wrong staying here!

Perfect home away from home! Very clean and beautiful!

This place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were in awe. Beautifully decorated, brand new everything, very clean, fully stocked! Spacious home with everything you need. We were two families , 5 adult and 5 kids. We had more then enough room and all loved the space. The pictures are exactly what the house is. The pool and patio were great! The cafe lights were a lovely added touch for nights time hang outs . The kitchen was fully stocked, which was so nice not to have bring or buy things to make your food. Also there was a highchair, playpen, tons for towels and blow dryers in every bathroom. The response times to questions was so quick. Harnek was great to deal with and answer all our questions. It was a beautiful spot to stay on our first family vacation. We cannot wait to go back! Jannessa

Exceeded Expectations!!

Our family had a wonderful time at this immaculate home. We would highly recommend staying here and dealing with the property owner/manager. Very responsive to any questions we had before leaving on the trip and also while there. Enjoyed the heated pool and spa. The kitchen had all the needed amenities. We loved having two sitting areas and the many flat screen televisions. Every member of our family enjoyed the stay! The check in and check out process was easy! Loved that garbage was picked up everyday! Honestly, it was a magical time and we made many great memories with our family.
