Instead of looking directly into another vacation home's pool area, the screened pool and lanai back directly to a conservation area, creating a more private and relaxing outdoor setting. Enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by natural Florida scenery, spend the afternoon swimming, or return from the theme parks and unwind beside the water.
The private northeast-facing screened pool and spa give your family a convenient place to enjoy the Florida weather throughout the vacation. The spacious pool deck, screened lanai, and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for everyone to relax between swims or spend evenings together after another day exploring Central Florida.
The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

RESORT ACCESS FEE
Solterra Resort charges an amenity access fee of $35 for reservations with 12 or fewer guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment is made directly at the clubhouse during your stay using a credit or debit card.
