Kameron was very welcoming and a great communicator. The house fit our needs nicely. The beds were comfortable, though one has a bit of a dip in it. The pool and hot tub were nice, as was the outdoor space. There is some normal wear and tear, to be expected with any house, and he let me know ahead of time of the things that needed attention but would not have maintenance until after our stay. These things did not effect our time there. This home has one of the easiest check out lists of any home rental that I've ever seen. Of note: there is a three story apartment building behind the house. This does not show up in the listing pictures.

We had an overall very good stay at this property. The house was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and it met our needs well during our visit. There were a few minor issues, such as some of the video games not functioning properly and a couple of other small items that needed attention, but none of these significantly affected our stay.The owner was excellent to work with. He was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was prompt and professional, and any questions we had were addressed quickly.Overall, this is a solid rental, and we would consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation, and the location was great. House was perfect for the 14 people we had for our long weekend. This was our second time reserving this home. Very spacious. Lots of inside and outside seating. Most beds are comfortable. Great game room. Very clean. perfect host who always replies to requests and questions in a timely manner.

First and foremost this home was everything I was looking for and more. Spacious, entertainment, and cleanliness. The host, Kameron, made this chose soo much more a delight. He was at every question and request I asked for. If every man was like this (LOL), but a wonderful host. Accommodations,stores near, and the information for the pools in the area, just informing of all you need. The pictures are just like the home, kitchen had all we needed. Definitely will reach out to this Kameron for any homes he host.

We really enjoyed the 7 days we stayed Fairytale Escape. The girls enjoyed the princess room while the boys liked the large Mickey Mouse bedroom with its three double/queen beds. The Mario themed game room with its 3 tvs allowed us to duel at Mario Kart with our 3 switches (one per tv). The pool is so neat to have right there and the extra water park access was really fun too. It was so much fun! Drive to disney was 20-30 minutes, Universal was a bit longer but driveable. Castlegate is near I-4 which helps with access. Publix is very close and walmart is easily reached on the way home from the parks.

Celebrated my grandson’s 10th birthday in Florida. This property accommodated 28 people comfortably including 2 infants. The property is exactly as it is listed. Check-in was easy! The host answered every question I had and accommodated each request promptly. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels. During the stay the host reached out to make sure everything was going great. Neighborhood was very friendly and the waterpark stole the show for 11 children and my adult children! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. Thank you for hosting my family!

Fantastic spacious home in a wonderful location. House is as described and what photos show. Kameron is an excellent communicator answering all questions promptly. We had 17 people and we never felt cramped. Plenty of seating inside and outside on back porch. Game room was great for all ages. a few minor issues not even worth mentioning. Would definitely stay at this home again for another family reunion.

Biennial Family Trip

Our family of 18 made many wonderful memories over the 11 days that we were at Kameron’s house. There were some issues that we won’t get into but one of them that I want to bring to the attention of others is the noisy construction of three level apartment buildings being built immediately behind the house and neighborhood. Hopefully by now, three weeks after our stay, crews will be working inside and not in the framing, roofing and outside of the buildings. No more backyard privacy!

Family Disney Vacation

We went as a family (grandparents and 3 families with kids) to Florida to visit Disney. The layout of the house was perfect for us. Each family unit had their own bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of common space as well. The kids especially loved the game room and the resort pool and water slides. Kitchen was well stocked and the owner was extremely responsive.

Would stay again!

The game room was such a hit with the kids! The pool never got warm, but our stay was cold anyway so no biggie. Host is very quick to respond and the house was very clean, any issues were made known before arrival, we had a great time and would stay again.

Family Disney trip

Lots of space with plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed to pool, hot tub and hanging out in the living space. The themed rooms were great. Our grandkids loved the game room and spent every morning in there before heading off to Disney. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and glassware. Kids dishes and cups as well. We loved that it had two laundry areas both with full-size washer and dryers. Host was very responsive. Publix was just a few minutes away. We would stay here again.

Large family house

Our stay was really nice and comfortable. The photos in the listing is exactly as it was found. This house is large enough for us to spread out. There were 15 in our group. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would surely rebook the next time we decide to family vacation in that area. Thank you Kameron!
