"Perfect Family Getaway – Comfort, Fun, and Mickey Nearby!

We had an amazing stay at this Florida home—it was the perfect fit for our family of 10 (yes, 10!). First off, the place was spotless. The beds were super comfy—after long days of Disney magic (and meltdowns), we all slept like enchanted logs.The theater room? A huge hit. We may or may not have used it to distract the older kids so the adults could sneak in a few peaceful moments. And the pool area? A little slice of heaven. Our favorite part was watching the big screen TV over the pool at night with a cold drink in hand after the littles were all tucked in. Pure vacation magic.The location was ideal—just close enough to Disney for easy park days (we did 3 and that was plenty!), but also peaceful enough for downtime. And don’t even get me started on the neighborhood clubhouse with the water park. There was truly something for everyone—big kids, little kids, and even grown-ups who still act like kids.Highly recommend this home for your next family getaway. It's got comfort, entertainment, and plenty of room for all your chaos. You’ll love it—we sure did!

Not very much

The home was beautiful. I was not happy that I paid for the grill for all of our stay and it ran out of propane 5 minutes after putting the food on the grill. I called 4 times to have it replaced and I didn’t get another tank till the next evening. So all the food I had for grilling was trashed because this home is not equipped with the proper cooking equipment. So please bring your own or eat out. Tissue was only available in 1 bathroom so please bring your own. I didn’t know the home had pool towels till the last night. The towels are in different rooms of the house. It was like a game finding them. The internet service is weak so only 1 TV can work at a time if you have other on the WiFi. Ice machine didn’t work. The washer are meadow. Only hot showers in 3 bathrooms.

Fun house - played pool a few nights/air hockey/shuffleboard and spent a lot of time outside in the pool and hot tub. Bachelorette Party spent a day at Disney springs, which wasn’t a bad Uber ride and the Bachelor Party did a fishing boat in Cape Canaveral (a bit of a drive 1 hour)

Great Family Place

We came from Iowa with a suitcase of meat to grill for a family vacation. We are used to having items in the cupboard for cooking so wasn't the best of quality, but did pay to get the grill. Game rooms and space is the BEST. Pool not warm due to weather so heater didn't run. Was very disappointed about that since that was why we came to enjoy time with the grandkids. Overall, for the price I don't think we'd find another place to accommodate us all so comfortably. Movie theatre was enjoyed everynight.

Excellent Home

From communication to the accuracy in the description of the home!! Everything was perfect for our family from the pool, game room, movie theater the list could go on. We will definitely recommend this home to family and friends. Our next time to Disney we will definitely stay here!! Thank you for making this a trip of a lifetime for my family!! Highly recommended.

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The host was courteous and very accommodating. I was even offered a reimbursement for a minor issue. The home was beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely book again and have already recommended the house to friends!

Family Vacation

We loved the house and the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the waterpark that we had free access and utilized on a couple hot days during our trip. We had five families stay in the house, and each room looks just like the pictures and was large enough to accommodate everyone. We even had a room to spare. The game rooms were awesome and fun for the older and young to enjoy. We were missing the Keurig machine on the first day, but when contacting the rental company , we received a brand new one that same day. Due two traffic it took maybe 25 to 30 minutes to get to Disney and Universal, but wasn’t a dealbreaker for us because all the amenities the place had to offer. Would definitely return and stay again.

A definite family getaway!

This home had everything to offer for all ages! The entire family had a blast! Every room was neatly put together and CLEAN. It is very well equipped to enjoy grilling out and cooking meals. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Just know that you cant just look at the pictures... you have to stay in the house... its one of the best houses we had so far... had everything it saud it had and more... the theater by the pool was our favorite.. will definitely book again... i give it a 10/10

Fantastic family fun

Loved the house and all the fun games and amenities it had. We really loved the movie theater room and the pool movie projector the most. Nothing like floating in a pool at night watch a movie! We definitely recommend this house for a great family vacation experience

Wonderful Home!!!

My overall stay at the house was awesome to say the least. Everything that the description said about the house was spot on. We had a problem with the internet going out, and i reached out to their people who takes care of the home for them. Someone was at the home within 30minutes to fix the problem. The only down part was that I had to kill three roaches that were by three different closets. Other than that I didnt see anymore anywhere trust me I went looking for them. I would definitely stay at this home again. Its simply beautiful and its very clean not to mention very entertaining. I loved it!!!

Enjoyed all the perks of this home, it’s spacious, a lot of fun & great for family! Next time I’ll add the heated pool option so I can enjoy the jet spa more! But overall, the location was great close enough to Orlando & Kissimmee!

Spring break

It was great. The listing is exactly what it says it is. No hidden surprises. We really enjoyed staying here. The only thing was location. There were times that it took double the time to get somewhere because of traffic. So take that into consideration. It was handicap accessible except for the pool and upstairs. There was no rail in or around the pool so getting in for anyone elderly or having mobility issues are a hazard. However, we spent alot of time in the theater room. Overall it was a great stay. Will definitely be going back.

Offers everything!

House was cleaned well and nothing was broken. Communication with owner was always quick and responsive. House had every amenity you need - fantastic and fun themed game rooms, a full theatre room, pool and spa and even an outdoor entertainment setup with projector/screen/soundbar. The outdoor movie nights in the pool was a real highlight. Champions Gate offers a safe community and a fun and large resort area with pools and lazy river. After staying in a handful of homes in that area, this one would top our list and would return!

No need to leave the house with all this--but there is a clubhouse/pool/lazy river too!

We had 13 people staying in the house (ages 7 thru 65+.) Main floor had a bedroom (king size bed/bath) just inside the front door. (Unfortunately it rained the first 2 days and there was small leak from the ceiling, but property managers responded immediately and had someone over that day!) Other room on that floor had a king size bed & bathroom with soaking tub/shower. There was also a door from that bathroom leading out to the pool. Living room has a large, leather sofa.Theater room was my favorite! Huge iron man and hulk figures in there as well. Great sound system. Ample seating. We spent hours in there! Upstairs was unbelievable! There were 6 additional bedrooms upstairs. Three of them had king beds. Harry Potter room had a twin and full sized. There was a princess room with a full and twin I believe. Mickey mouse themed room had bunk bed (bottom was full or queen). There was a single bathroom upstairs, along with 2 jack & jill bathrooms connecting 2 upstairs rooms. The gaming area had a pool table and shuffleboard set. The other room had air hockey, foosball, and 2 gaming systems (Playstation and Xbox) with 4 gaming chairs.LOVED that there were 2 front load washers/2 frontload dryers on the top floor. TV's: 10 flatscreens upstairs, 3 main floor. (In bdrms, gaming areas, living room). 1 TV by pool, as well as movie projector screen. (Watched movies in hottub in the rain!) Huge screen in theater room! Spa got HOT! Pool stayed warm. Safety alarm going outside to pool!

Disney adventure

Really liked playing in game room. Pool was great really warm worth the extra money to heat pool. Lots of room for everyone family enjoyed movie room and external amenities were great. Really nice pool area at the Oasis plus food was served poolside and really good.
