About 10 minute drive to DOWNTOWN attractions. 20 minutes or less to DISNEY World entrance. Very close to INTERNATIONAL DRIVE and RESTAURANT ROW about a 5 minute drive. The house has a comfortable and spacious open concept living area and bedrooms. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths over 1600 square feet with attached driveway parking and pool. All new flooring and bathrooms all remodeled less than 1 year ago.
