Perfect Home

We are four women and enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and clean house while visiting theme parks for the week. Uber was average $50 return trip. Well worth the savings and hassle of car rental. We also paid for the pool and sauna to be heated and enjoyed the outdoor facility as well. Would highly recommend.

Great location, easy to get to and from Disney parks.

House has lots of space. Please be aware the hot tub will not be hot unless you pay an additional fee and let them know in advance. I was unaware of this and booked for use of pool and hot tub and was not able to use either. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

It's a very nice house with one major drawback.

The house was very clean, had plenty of room for 6 adults and was mostly well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the games room useful. It's showing some signs of age in things like the kitchen and bathrooms, but not in any significant way. Bizarrely none of the kitchen or bathroom cupboards have handles on them! With good traffic you can be in Disney in 15 to 20 minutes but watch out for delays on 192 as it can add significant time. The major drawback with this house is its close proximity to a busy toll road. This is not clear on either the map or description and only becomes clear once you have the exact location. As a result, it's not exactly relaxing by the pool. In the kitchen, we suggest a lot more glasses, we ran out often. Overall, it served It's purpose and was comfortable for a week.

Great location

This property is in the perfect location. Easy access to Disney World, shopping and restaurants. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. House is cute and spacious. We were 6 people and had plenty of room. You can not go wrong with booking this property.

Need more fans, I don’t think the AC works great. Temp was at 74 and there is only 1 fan in the entire house so it was a little hot. That was the only issue. Thank you

Great location generally clean, but bugs and lizards inside the house. The bathrooms had mildew and grime. Pool had a grid on the bottom that was off creating an entrapment feature and having to pay extra for the use of the bubble feature was excessive. At the end of the day it was clean enough for sleeping, eating, and gathering, and you can't beat the location and cost.

So convenient and well layed out for the 10 of us.

It was so easy and convenient for all of us. The place was perfect for the kids and the pool was an added bonus for us all. If there was anything negative it would be the sticking doors and lack of overhead lights...otherwise, GREAT!

Fabulous place, great management

We rented this property for a Disney trip and the stay was marvelous. Communication with the property management was top notch and the house was amazing. Clean and well cared for, we really enjoyed our stay. Packing a couple of trash bags will save you from having to buy an entire box, but you'll probably end up going to Wal-mart (located nearby) for tissue paper and groceries anyway. Conveniently located close to all of the parks and attractions, we even made a couple of day trips to Canaveral and Cocoa Beach (only an hour away). Check-in and check-out was seamless and communication was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again on our next trip to Orlando.

Overall it was average at best.... There are some things that are not quite as advertised. The pool table is completely busted, there is duct tape on the busted rails. Basically it’s not useable. Also, there is no grill. I found a small individual size charcoal grill that was very dirty and you can’t really cook a meal for a 5 bedroom house on that size grill. The kitchen pots and pans are very poor quality. Overall it wasn’t a show stopper but for the price there are plenty other houses that may not have the same issues.

Nice house, great location

Location, location, location! This is a nicely furnished house with a private pool, within 15 minutes from every Disney park and 30 minutes from the airport. All-in-all we were very happy with the house and would stay here again. That being said, some of the appliances need minor maintenance (the diswasher worked but the door was fragile; the water feature in the refrigerator did not work, the garbage disposal did not work). The house temperature was set to 74 which was too warm to sleep. We called the number and they came within 24 hours to switch it to 72.

Overall we loved it, constant internet issues

This was a great location for our trip to Disney. Plenty of room and a great floor plan. Everything was clean. Lots of towels and pool toys. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen supplies were somewhat limited so plan accordingly. My only struggle was the internet. We rebooted it multiple times and sparsely got it to work. I think this is a known issue because there was a note they would come out and work on it if we couldn't get it to reset. I would recommend it.
