**THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING.** Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries, desired meals, food, and other items needed during your stay.

🧺 Housekeeping

Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb’s hygiene recommendations and COVID-19 guidelines, wash towels are considered disposable and personal-use items, so we recommend that you bring your own.

The other towels, including bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels, will be provided and will be available at the house in proportion to the number of guests staying.

**HOUSEKEEPING:**

- There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate.
- Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
- Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
- Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee of $270.

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home and pleasant environment.

📦 Online Deliveries

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package may be returned back to the sender.

- Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx are recommended for deliveries.
- In some resorts, packages are delivered to the clubhouse.
- Fees may apply for package handling.
- Some resorts may not accept packages.

🔥 Pool Heating Important Information

1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3. Temperature will not exceed 95°F.
4. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
5. The attached spa is **NOT a jacuzzi**. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both will have the same temperature.
6. The heater works through **HEAT EXCHANGE** and may not work efficiently in cold weather. If you still choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the heating element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary automatic shut-off until the pump can regain functionality efficiently.

Pool heating is an optional service and may not be available at all times due to weather conditions or equipment safety controls.

💰 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply if house rules are not complied with, if the owner needs to repair something due to guest-caused damage, or if additional cleaning is required after check-out.
