Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home in the sought-after Orange Tree community — the perfect base for your Florida getaway, just 12 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom and 16 miles to Magic Kingdom.

Pool & Spa
Our southwest-facing private pool and spa gets sun from morning until evening, with an extended deck for lounging and a shaded lanai for relaxing in the shade. Watch the occasional Sandhill Crane wander the grounds while you unwind. Pool and spa heating is available as an optional add-on ($40/night) — just let us know at booking or via message if you'd like it included.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 8)
Master Suite: King bed, dressing mirror, large walk-in wardrobe, Smart TV, and French doors opening directly onto the pool deck. En-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, twin basins, and separate WC.
Bedroom 2 (Double): Double bed with built-in wardrobes and Smart TV. En-suite with shower, WC and basin — also accessible directly from the pool deck, handy for swimmers.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 (Twins): Each with twin single beds, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes — ideal for kids or additional guests. One room has a Smart TV, the other a TV with DVD player. These two rooms share a full bathroom (bath, shower, WC, basin).
All bedrooms feature quality cotton linens and towels, provided for every stay.
Living Spaces

A large open-plan entrance with high vaulted ceilings sets the tone the moment you walk in. The formal dining room seats the whole group at a mahogany dining suite. With two separate family rooms, there's plenty of space to spread out — settees, easy chairs, TV with cable. French doors open onto the pool deck, with high vaulted ceilings throughout.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with a 26 cu. ft. fridge/freezer with ice maker, 4-plate electric hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus ample worktops, cupboards, cooking utensils, and full crockery and glassware. A breakfast bar overlooks the breakfast nook and family room — great for keeping everyone connected while meals come together.

Separate utility room with full-size washer and dryer. Attached garage. Air conditioning throughout the home.

The Orange Tree community offers tennis courts, and a children's play area with slides and swings — right on your doorstep.

We had a couple of issues that didn't end up being the owner or the property manager's fault. After solving these, we had a GREAT week! Recommended highly. Owner and property manager were fantastic to work with and VERY helpful! Pool and hot tub had sun all day, it was great!

Master bathroom had hair, so not cleaned very well but rest of house was good. We didn't pay for heated pool and hot tub wasn't very hot, so maybe should have paid for heat(might have made a difference in hot tub) otherwise pool and tub were enjoyable. Twin beds could be more comfortable and need more forks but had a wonderful time and would recommend. .

Great house!

Our group absolutely loved this house. The set up was perfect for our 2 families with the bedroom/bathroom arrangements and open living room/kitchen area. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool every day. House is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. It was a good central location for all our vacation stops! We would stay here again.

Nice property

Very spacious, very comfortable. Nice pool. Would recommend to put the pool heater to a higher temperature. Also, fyi.. the spa takes long to heat up. Other than that, we enjoyed it very much. We loved the spacious master bedroom and bath. Everything was clean. I would also recommend bigger tv’s on the bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood.

Great Home!

Stayed during Christmas and had a blast. Have been staying in orange tree for 15 years and this was one of the better homes we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend. Would rent this home again given the chance.

Best Ever Home Away From Home!!

Made a great vacation even better. The home is nice, clean, and very elegant! This is the 2nd stay in this house for my family and will definitely be at the top of the list for our next trip. Everything is well maintained and the location is good for easy access to Disney and shopping. By far, the most bang for your buck!

Absolutely wonderful

Excellent vacation home we extended our vacation!! Very accomadating!!!! Exactly as the pictures portrayed, very clean, and everything was ready. We had some issues with the hot tub heat but they sent someone over within 30 minutes of my email and fixed the problem. You can have a grill delivered for only $55 for the week of your stay. It was literally about 20 minutes from disney it would probably be a lot faster but we went during the busiest time of the year. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Can't say enough about this wonderful home and the owner we will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful vacation home

I would highly recommend this home. The owner was very nice and the transaction was very smooth. The home was fantastic, close to stores and reasonable to parks. We were there over Christmas and they even had a tree setup for us. The pool was great (we got it heated as it was December - well worth it to be swimming on Christmas Day). The management company was very easy to deal with, extremely nice people. (not that we needed anything major, just called them for some minor questions).

We had a great holiday!!

Very nice villa, with a great swimming pool! Nice area, very close to all the parks and shops. Also the management company (Paul Brian) was great, when we needed him, he was there in a heartbeat!! For 4 people the inventory (towels, sheets, etc.) is just sufficient, if you are with more you could struggle a bit. Overall we had a very nice holiday we would come back again!

Our vacation home was set up very nice. We were very happy with how clean and new everything was. We had a very large pool with hot tub that the grandkids absolutly loved. Upon arrival we decided we wanted to have the pool and hotutb heater turned on and someone was right over that day to help us. Overall excelent service and very nice house that we would definetly stay in again. Much nicer than a hotel and we had perfect vacation because of it.

Home Away from Home

My youngest daughter FIRST in Orlando to see Mickey Mouse. So many houses to choose. We are glad we pick this one. Beautiful House. So clean well maintained and ready when we got there. So organized, everything we need all in there. Quiet neighborhood. Walmart and Target are a plus. My two kids love the pool!. Owner so easy to communicate! Will definitely keep this House in mind for future vacation to Florida! Only 3 things we notice, Sauna takes time to warm up, Garage opener would be nice, Flat and bigger size TV's would be nice.

Beautiful Home!

This is a very nice place to stay for your Florida vacation. Lots of rooms, beautiful home, great pool...(Though, if you are coming in October, I suggest that you purchase heat for the pool. Water was chilly, and the hot tub's temperature is the same as the pool water because it runs together.) Owner if very easy to work with. Had a wonderful time, and is well worth the money.

Very nice vacation home

Owner was easy to deal with via email. Only needed 4 nights and owner was nice enough to accommodate. The house was clean and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice and clean as well. My kids loved hanging out by the pool. Shopping was easy on 27 and 192, but I try to stay away from 192 (too much traffic). Love the Walmart 2 miles away, very convenient. Will rent again for sure. Would love to see a remote garage opener. ;-)

Fantastic rental home to stay in with plenty of space for the family to relax after a day of parks and sight seeing. Oversized pool is refreshing for playing family games in or a simple evening massage by the jets of the spa. Close to all the attractions, shopping and dining, this unit is well maintained and nicely decorated. I would strongly recommend this for anyone staying in the Orlando/Kissimmee/Disney areas.
