Wonderful Home, Owners, and neighborhood

The property was very much like the photos. It was clean and in excellent condition. The property management company was excellent with communicating before we arrived and while we were there. I received a phone from them before we arrived that confirmed the dates, arrive time and asked if I have questions. We also had a visit while we were there to ask if everything was going well and if we needed anything. This all made for a very pleasant stay.

Was a great stay!!

Everything was great. Was definitely crowded getting in/out of neighborhood some days/nights, but is expected over the holiday. I did not know about fees to do things at the resort and I wish the pool would have been a little warmer. I suggest throw blankets for the couch in the winter.. Thank you Mathew! You were a great host!

Not Exactly As I thought it Would Be

First I would tell everyone to read the fine print. I did not and that I take blame. This property advertises as 14 bed sleeps 31, however, you only get 1 electric stove.The parking is horrible.Its stated you only get a max of 5 cars per your group. So if you are traveling from different parts of the state to meet, this may not be the place for you. If you have a large family over 15 you will not be able to sit together at the dinner table. The photos do make the property look larger than it appears so, take at your own risk. My biggest issue aside from parking, which by the way if you are not perfectly inside the line, your car Will get towed without notice, even if it’s off by 2-3 inches, was the hot tub. It would not work properly even after them coming 3 times to fix it. To be fare, I don’t think it’s something they could’ve fixed while we were there.The property management company were very kind and did keep communication open with me, so that was a plus. My prayer is that they will take my experience and improve and or upgrade any necessary things needed to make future guess have the best stay as possible. My hope is that they will be willing work out some form of Refund compensation due to the issues we had from the start. I will not blast any particular entity because I know they are all separated. The online rental company, the property management company and also including the resort, where the property resides have different rules for renting.FYI WiFi doesn’t work

Good team stay

Overall a great stay. The house is great for large groups. We had a group stay and we really enjoyed it! With pretty much every room having their own bathroom it is nice! The living room space is great for group activities and hanging out in one space. Property was clean and nice! You will need to make sure you come prepared as not a lot is provided to you. If you’re staying with a larger group and plan to have any meals at the house you’ll need to be prepared with anything you need for cooking minus pots/pans because there isn’t enough of anything else except cups so bring plastic cutlery and plates. Etc. plus you will need additional paper towels and trash bags. We stayed for 4 days and a trash bag a day with a large group with having a meal just wasn’t enough.

Annual Family Reunion

Our family meets every January to celebrate our Nanny, she is 87 this year! We have stayed in many places, this house was the BEST ever. All 25 of us got to stay under one roof and we were not crowded at all. The house is perfect for children and adults. We have already rebooked for next year! :)

Disappointed & Unacceptable

My family & I rented this house from 12/23/23 - 12/30/23. The pictures on line are NOT a true depiction of the home. I’ve listed a few issues below. Rent this place if you’re okay with the following: 1. MOLDED CARPET in bedroom 2. Soiled mattress/ no mattress cover, soiled pillows & sheets 3. Broken refrigerator ( repair person came twice) 4. Cracked stairs ( management came & put duck tape down) 5. Pantry door broken 6. All 12 dinning room chairs peeling 7. Sofa in picture online was NOT the sofa in home nor are the bar stools. 8. All bath mats were locked in a closet until 3 days after arrival/ Christmas Day. 9. Cookware scorched & unusable. 10. No indoor basketball arcade as advertised. 11. Home is seriously outdated & in need of upgrades & a deep cleaning! We did take pictures but unfortunately they were ineligible to be included in our review My overall take away is whoever manages this property should be ashamed of themselves! Surely, the owner is unaware of the state of this property, if so, shame on you!

Beautiful home!

My family and I chose this home to celebrate our Thanksgiving a few days ago. The property was very spacious. Perfect size for our 22 people. The owners were very accessible and addressed any questions/concerns immediately. They made genuine efforts to make sure we were accommodated during our stay. Even though 1 per occupant is provided I would suggest definitely taking extra wash clothes and towels. If you have more than 3 large vehicles be prepared to walk a little to additional parking (this could have been because of the holidays that parking was full). The owners were easy to work with.

Property was great for our group. The kids really enjoyed the theme bedrooms and the arcade games. Great location and close to grocery, coffee, etc. Property management was great at communication and was even to accommodate our extended stay due to a snowstorm back in MN.

Everything was fantastic as rated above. The dishes and silverware were much appreciated. I have only a couple concerns. There weren't enough towels for the size of the house. Maybe an extra set for each room and definately some kitchen drying towels. Usually there is an extra 4 pack of toilet paper provided or a + 1 roll in each bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our family in this home. Thanx. And thanx for letting Mike and I enter at 2 instead of 4.

An amazing 50th birthday celebration!

Our family (22 adults and children) had an awesome vacation celebrating my 50th birthday! The house was great for us! Tons of room, King beds with en suites for everyone and games rooms we all enjoyed! We paid for pool heat that was worth every cent, especially when traveling in January. The couple of issues we had (BBQ needed a new regulator and we needed a crib ) we’re both taken care of promptly. This house is the a great vacation home for big groups. With just a couple of updates, it could be perfect. Just like mentioned in other reviews, the kitchenwares in this house are underwhelming. They are worn out, outdated or missing. A very simple fix that could make this property a five star! Get to Walmart people and fix this silly problem! Other than that, we had a wonderful time! We would definitely return…I’d just message about the kitchenwares first!

We just returned from our stay at this Element property. For context we had 15 people in the house (7 adults, 4 teens and 4 middle schoolers) and there was plenty of space. We were there the week after Christmas. A lot of reviews talked about it taking about an hour to get to the Orlando parks. We found that to be true as the roads/highways were very congested. The house was just as it was pictured. For the most part it was well kept up and we didn't have any suprises. There were soaps, shampoo and make up wipes in all of the bathrooms. We had plenty of bath towels. Would have been nice to have some extra hooks to hang all of the towels but we figured it out. We felt as though there were plenty of pots and pans dispite some other reviews. We made eggs, french toast, bacon and sausage one morning and were able to have everything ready together. Having 2 dishwashers and fridges was great. The game room with basketball and pool table was in the garage so there were only 3 drive way spots for parking which wasn't an issue for us. The neighborhood was very congested with narrow streets. We did go to the community pool for a change of scenery. It had a little snack bar, water slide and lazy river. The westher wasn't great the day we went but we still had fun. There were not a ton of pool chairs so on a nicer day that was more crowded would have made it difficult to get chairs. If you're looking for privacy this may not be the house for you. Houses were close together so if neighbors were partying or smoking outside you knew about it. Not sure if it was time of the year but the pool area was not very sunny. Only the very back edge had sun all day. If you get the pool heated, the heat is on from 8a-8p. After that the hot tub won't heat which we figured out the hard way. Overall felt that for the price the house was a good value

Great house, location acceptable

We stayed the week before Thanksgiving with 20 family members. The house was great for our diversity of ages. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space. Theme rooms were fun for the kids and they loved the arcade and game room. The pool was great, too, so there was something for everyone. The central living area had space to gather. Loved the double dishwashers and double refrigerators. We’ll equipped kitchen with plenty of storage. On the less than positive side, parking was insufficient for our 5 cars, but there was parking available some distance away. Temperature in the house was difficult to adjust so we were often cold and there were no extra blankets anywhere in the house. Extra towels or pool towels would have been great too. Beds and linens were not great. The trash receptacle in front of the house was broken and missing the lid. As a result we had problems all week with the trash being scattered by critters before it could be picked up. Quiet hours were not enforced. Location was only rated acceptable because of the heavy traffic. Overall we enjoyed the house very much and it was great for our large family in Florida!

Thanksgiving week vaca

Overall experience was great. Friendly and quick responses. Cooking pans need to be replaced. lines coming in the gate when older female guard present. One night it took 30 minutes just to get in due to the line. This was the only downfall. Street fighter on the arcade was a hit.
