Unpleasant Visit
Over the weekend of July 18-21, my family and friends spent time at this rental property that we had high hopes for. We chose this particular location due to its attractive appearance and convenient proximity to various amenities. Our group was quite large, so we were specifically looking for a place that could keep the kids entertained with games and other activities. Regrettably, upon arrival, we were disappointed to discover that the games in the game room were all out of order, some of the rooms had cockroaches, and the pool, which was supposed to have a volleyball net, only had a string dividing it into two sections.
In an effort to address these issues, I contacted the host, Alex, and explained our concerns. While he displayed some understanding, I was dissatisfied with the fact that we were still expected to pay the full rental amount despite the property not meeting our expectations. Moreover, when I inquired about the possibility of a discount to offset the inconvenience, the host ceased communication.
Unfortunately, without the option of securing a refund, we had no choice but to stay in the subpar conditions. Consequently, I cannot recommend this property to other families unless substantial improvements are made. We have photographic evidence to substantiate our experience.
