The 93 sqm apartment with 96 sqm roof terrace consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday for up to 6 people in the Los Dolses / La Zenia (VillaMartin) area.

The apartment is located just south of Torrevieja in Orihuela Costa on Los Dolses / La Zenia / Villamartin, close to several golf courses and beaches, and within walking distance of La Zenia Boulevard (Alicante Province's largest shopping mall), Playa Flamenca Saturday Market, Los Dolses Center and VillaMartin Plaza as well as numerous other shops and restaurants / bars.

This is an area that is perfect for family celebrations or active holidays and especially for golf since the property is right on the VIllamartin golf course, otherwise Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas golf courses are very close.

It is a top floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large roof terrace which is equipped with kitchen (sept 2019), barbecue, dining group, sofa section and sea view. The accommodation and all of the furnishings are tasteful and modern in style with an associated large communal swimming pool and an elaborate green common area.

This is a small and exclusive facility with good security and only 36 apartments so there is plenty of room for everyone inside the area.

Liked: Cleanliness
Good and bad
Positive: 1.,appartment really nice, clean, well equipped, no bugs. 2. Service from local manager Daniel and owner Stein is perfect. 3. Complex itself is also clean, nice pool and really quiet. 4. The La Zenia mall. For us the only place in the area that was actually nice to be at. Negative: 1. Location. A car is required. There are a supermarket and a Chinese shop nearby, but otherwise nothing much. In the period we were there, there was also a heatwave, so that didn't help. The area is still being developed, so a lot of buildings under construction. 2. Wifi only worked for 50% of the time. With 3 teens that is not a good thing. 3. There was construction going on on the terrace during our stay, so in the morning you would be disturbed by workers doing their thing. 4. This is a personal thing, we just didn't like the Villamartin area, compared to for example Playa de Las America's it was a big disappointment. Restaurants in the area were avarage at best. Beaches also small and crowded.
