Nice area, good ocean view from the third floor rooms. We spent two nights, the first room the bed was very soft, and the BR sink was plugged. They gave us a different room the next night, it was better, bed was better, plumbing all worked. They also had a modified breakfast, even with the China Flu masking up lockdown policy going on. Nice to have some breakfast. Pool was also open, with appointments, we didn't use that. I'd go back.

Wasn’t very pleased at all with the cleanliness of the room. Found dirty sock by the bed. Looks like someone was already laying on the pillows. Stains all over the bedding. The bathroom was not cleaned their was poop on the toilet seat. Hair all over. The bathtub was dirty, little black particles left in the shower. Breakfast was cold & not very good at all.

This was an ocean front room, yet the room was dated and furniture stained, overall came across as dirty. Tiles on the bathroom floors are cracked and the latch on the sliding door was broken.

I have been staying at this hotel for about 12 yrs. The staff is so nice. Breakfast is simple but good. CONS- this hotel has really gone down in appearance. We stayed for 6 days this time- the laundry facilities were not available due to a dryer being bad. The hot tub was unavailable due to no heat. These 2 things were not told to us until we arrived and saw signs posted at the front desk. The room was consistently cold even tho we had the heat set at 80 degrees the whole time. 1 blanket on the bed and no other blankets in the room. Each day after housekeeping cleaned the room our keys did not work. Had to go back to front desk everyday to request new keys. Very disappointed and not sure we will stay here again.

Loud neighbors

Our stay was great till the neighbors checked in at 10pm with a bunch of kids and started a circus upstairs from us and went on till after midnight told front desk, she said she would talk to them about 1 and they started to calm down overall no sleep. Bad night for rest and at over $228 a night I could have got more rest in my car. I've stayed here many times and one of my favorite places to visit, the staff is on point and breakfast is always great.
