I enjoyed the area, but the hotel was under construction doing upgrades and it was never mentioned until after I arrived and payed for room. Internet was down for 24 hrs, and it was easy to see that our room had been broken into previously and locks had not been fixed properly.

Massive construction going on! Building is in terrible condition beyond that. Pool with visibly cloudy and green. Room still had pet and human hairs in the corners of the rooms. Wallpaper was peeling. Balcony felt unsafe. Construction going on from 7am in the morning until after 8pm at night. Very loud and very intrusive on guest spaces.

I think hotel will be better once hotel is done being remodeled. We stayed mid construction so timing was off. The surrounding area was great! Pool was OK but not lit well and floor of pool rough. Loved having MO’s on the corner!

I was given the executive suit. It was next to the staff office and very noisy at night. The carpet was super dirty and torn. There was no AC at all. The swimming pool and hot tub were in very deplorable conditions. The water super dirty and the tiles of the pool were crumbling. The smell of chlorine was unbearable. Not a place i would ever stay at again unless they improve these things.

The building is under renovation which is much needed. We stayed at a large room with a beautiful view, but had a certain weird smell.The floors were duty and the carpet was sticky. The balcony's floor, chairs and handrails were extremely duty. We had housekeeping in our room twice and both times nothing except the beds were done. Not the floors, nor the kitchen, bathtub or toilet. Neither the kitchen light or the chimney worked. The pool room was missing several sealing pieces and looked extremely old, full of stains. The actual pool was full of sand, the water wasn't clean. Some family members got stuck in the elevator because of how old the building is. There was great customer service, every staff member we came across was very nice and friendly. Location and views are wonderful, everything pretty much within walking distance. But still, definetely not worth how expensive it was to stay here.

The property is under construction at the time we stayed. With that said we only heard noise one day and that’s because we slept in. The communication via text which was great. Housekeeping was friendly and very nice. Would stay here again.

We came in the morning of our reservation to enjoy the beach and just park our car at the hotel. The front desk member that morning was very rude and denied us use of the lobby restroom saying we aren’t guest yet…she had a terrible attitude and shouldn’t be working the front desk. If that wasn’t bad we had kids banging on our doors and trying to look through our windows with their parents right there doing absolutely nothing.

Major fail for a beach front view room!

It would be nice if when guests book their reservations, the hotel should be upfront about the activities going on on the beach front right in front of our hotel room. We were not aware we would be woken up with thousands of marathon runners and the band blasting and microphones blaring at 5 in the morning!!! Also, it would be nice to be made aware of construction going on right above our room too!!! The room definitely needs to be updated! For the amount of money spent on a beach front room with an ocean view, I wasn't happy!!!

This was not a good one. I dont leave bad reviews but this was terrible. It does say construction is going on. However, we paid almost $400 a night and were put in a room on the corner where they were drilling. Right outside the room starting at 7am. Our balcony kept getting roof chips and once a nail dropped on it so we couldnt go outside or leave our door open. Our oven didnt work and we got the kitchen to cook our own dinner and ended up having to go out since maintence would look at it the next day. We asked to move rooms after the miserable first night and were told yes and come back around 3. We did and were told we were not moving rooms, that they gave it away and we would have to stay in our current room. We opted to get another hotel instead and they are refusing to give us a refund even though we didnt stay the second night. A terrible overall interaction and reaction.

We started by having our room next to a construction but the manager was kind enough to move us to a different room since the noise was early in the morning. Overall the place we ended up staying was beautiful with a beautiful view. I hope to come back once the place is done with remodeling.
