La dirección del hotel no tiene ningún tipo de control sobre su negocio. Reservé una habitación y sólo cuando llegué a allí el día de entrada (después de llamar varias veces por teléfono ya que el hotel no tiene recepción, hacen todo a través de teléfono, aparentemente) me dijeron que estaba todo lleno y que no sabían cómo podía haber reservado una habitación con ellos (?). Estoy aún a la espera de que hoteles.com me devuelva el dinero pero por supuesto ninguna compensación por haber tenido que ponerme a buscar otra habitación el mismo día de mi llegada, en otra localidad y mucho más cara. No lo recomiendo.
