Whether you are looking for a couples holiday or an Aruba getaway with a friend, the Beach Royale One-bedroom condo is the perfect vacation rental for you. Located just a few steps from the famous Eagle Beach and within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, with a luscious resort pool and landscaping for your enjoyment. The balcony stretches across the living room to the bedroom, offering you an amazing beach view from almost every corner of the condo. It is furnished with a dining table and armchairs to relax and enjoy the views.

The open-plan living room has a large smart TV, a sofa, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with barstools. There is also a half bathroom and an in-room washer and dryer available.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with stunning ocean views.

This condo provides you with 1,100 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, 2 cable TVs (in the living room and bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the fourth floor. Sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed.

NOTE: This condo is originally a two-bedroom (LV406) but can be booked as a one-bedroom (LV406-1) at a lower rate for your travel dates that are within 30 days of booking. It sleeps up to 2 guests. For groups of 3 to 6, we recommend renting the full two-bedroom (LV406). When booking the one-bedroom (LV406-1), the second bedroom will be locked off.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
