"I ended up being charged more than I expected when I booked my stay online, which was very frustrating. Also, the temperature in our room never got to a cool, sleeping temperature. We turned the air down and the air conditioner would go on for a couple minutes and then just turn off. It was so warm that I just slept with a sheet on and woke up many times throughout the night. All of us staying in the room were very tired in the morning because we definitely did not get a good night’s sleep! And I specifically booked a queen room and I’m pretty sure the beds were just double. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. I also felt like the room was clean. "
