There was no breakfast buffet as advertised and the hotel was unsafe due to construction. Also, no coffee because the machine was broken. Then they should go buy a pot!

GREAT STAY.... STAFF IS GREAT!!!!

This place and the staff were great.... They made me feel like I was 1 of the family. In my first every trip to SC, I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY. When I come back, I will stay here again....

Hotel was being renovated. That’s way it was so cheap. The room smelled and a lot of noise in the hallways. It said it came with breakfast and there was no breakfast.

This hotel is undergoing renovations. I had booked and wasn’t advised of this. The only inconvenience was there wasn’t a free breakfast as stated but there are lots of options around. They gave us a suite and accommodated us on the first floor and near an outdoor exit which was great as we were travelling with our dog. The price was cheaper due to the renos and no charge for our dog which was also appreciated. It’s easy access off the highway and feels very safe. We would probably stay here again once the renovations are completed.

They were renovating and still open during my stay, so we had to deal with a lot of sanding dust, painting with no ventilation, and workers everywhere, my room was refreshed once for my entire 6days stay, and that was after several attempts of complaining, they offered grab and go breakfasts of the same choices of muffins, granola bars or pop tarts, with cup fruit and water..one choice everyday......so we didn't experience this property at its best maybe. They should have closed for the renovations. Or even alerted travelers so we could have made different arrangements regarding our accommodations

The property was in a good location. However, the property had no name on it to tell me I was at the right place. The room door did not bolt closed. Had to use the slide lock. We were told it is going to be renovated. Will probably not stay there again until it’s been renovated. The room was as clean as could be with the condition it was in.

The hotel has been bought by Hilton and is undergoing significant renovations. As a result, no breakfast was available, not even coffee. The coffee machine in the room was not working either. My wife’s ear bled in the night. It looked like it had been bitten. A dead cockroach was lying in the corridor where renovations were taking place. The hotel should probably have been closed for renovations.

This property is undergoing renovations. The rooms weee dusty smelling. The carpets were filthy. In the morning they started painting the hallways so the smell was overwhelming. I asked twice for a hairdryer and didn’t get one. I had to borrow one from another room.

The hotel was good, but they are in the process of renovations & name change On line this hotel was described as having a breakfast ( not true) They gave us a bag with a bottle of water and muffin in a brown bag We are not used if this type of hotel

A very "get what you pay for" experience. We only needed a room for a short overnight travel stay. Room looked clean enough until 4am when i discovered roaches in the bathroom. Not a pleasant experience.
