Welcome to a beautiful clean, modern, airy, comfortable (non-smoking) and spacious Single story newly renovated home with central air and heat.

Relax in one of 4 bedrooms, each with comfy queen beds and memory foam toppers!
2 full bathrooms and (a Master bath with a double Jacuzzi bath...to soak in)
1 Full size futon bed (located in private family room/office)
All rooms stocked with extra pillows and complete bedding. Each bedroom has a smart TV!
The newly bright white Kitchen, with farmers sink, dishwasher, and quartz counters is fully equipped with all the niceties of home to prepare your favorite meals to enjoy or take with you on your daily adventures. Or.... Barbecue and enjoy a delicious meal.

There is internet/WIFI, 55-inch TV in Living-room above the electric marble fireplace. Local stations are available as well as your streaming services as you unwind and relax.

5. This is a NO Smoking in the home. No smoking of any kind or Vaping is allowed inside the property - No Exceptions.
6. This home is for the number of guests requested (only) unless authorized by owner in writing, to be able to relax, have fun and enjoy all the comforts of home as you enjoy your vacation, visiting and time in Orange. 😊
7. No Animals of Any Kind.

Great location and property
The house is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and dining needs. Hosts were quick in needed responses and had great recommendations. Located in a fantastic location in Orange county. Would highly recommend!!

Great stay
What a great house for our stay. Our family needed a home for Chapman graduation and this place worked out perfectly. Not only was there plenty of room for everyone, but we were surprised with how well appointed everything was. What a great surprise. The location was close to the campus and we walked to the Stack House for a great breakfast. We appreciated, and used, both the Keurig and the Nespresso coffee makers. And thanks for all of the snacks! It was so thoughtful. I would recommend this home for any family visiting Orange or as a home base for a family Disneyland trip. And the couch was super comfortable for our family to hangout together. Oh yeah, and my son loved playing the piano!

Perfect for our family. Clean, lovely home with large, comfy living room, dining room table for us to gather together and spend time as a family. Private backyard and sunroom so you can also enjoy alone time. Very comfortable beds. Thoughtful hosts. Loved the little creature comforts! Even had a piano! Close to Orange County attractions.

Perfect home base for Disney trip
We came with our three adult children and their spouses. Everyone had their own room but we had a common space to hang out when not at Disneyland. The host was wonderful and thoughtful! I mentioned we all loved coffee while inquiring about the version of Nespresso coffee pods (its the newer, half globe style) so she made sure to leave creamer in the fridge for us as well as snacks and water bottles for our first day at Disneyland.

Amazing Hospitality!
My husband and I were coming with my brother in law, sister in law and our 2 neices to Disneyland. This property was only about a 15 minute drive away. Iris & Mark were amazing with quick communication to us, gave us helpful tips for gettingnin and out of the neighborhood and even provided some waters and snacks for us since they knew we would be going to the parks and it would be expensive! We appreciated all they did and for providing such a nice home away from home for us to hang out, make memories and get some rest in.Wr loved all the storage space and the bed was super comfotable as well. We will definitely come back if we make another trip out as well as recommend to friends! :)

Fun in Orange!
The house was wonderful. Clean, plenty of space, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Conveniently close to Old Towne. They had very nice touches like a coffee cake and snacks already there. We didn’t realize it literally backs up to the freeway, but that was not a problem for us. It almost sounded like waves at night, and you really only heard it from the master bedroom. The communication with the host was great. Iris responds immediately to any questions. I would stay again and hope to get back there soon!

This was the perfect place to stay for my family. It was my wife two kids and my wife’s parents/siblings (10 total). It is a great location. 15 minute drive to Disneyland and 30 minute drive to Huntington Beach and a safe neighborhood. Disneyland Family trip.
Great owner communication. Allpwed us to check in earlier than listed, which was great since arrival day we had Oogie Boogie tickets. House was just as described. Owner leaves nice extras for guests, eg, snacks, coffee, waters. Plenty of room. Parking was fine. Only issue was neighbors dog barks early and a lot and its right outside bedroom windows. Drive to Disneyland wasnt too bad, about 15-20 minutes. Price was good. Really no issues or concerns.
