The staff was outstanding. “Best in class” service. The fitness room was not very good. Outdated equipment with treadmills that did not work. The room was clean and quiet. The lobby was wonderful. Parking was great and we enjoyed being across the street from Bella Terra.

A little run down

Stay was fine, room comfortable but very run down. Carpet was stained, paint scratched and chipped. The bathroom door had damage that looked like it came from flooding, chips in the furniture, blind would not completely close. I'm not picky but these things are basic upkeep. The price was much better than at other hotels in the area.

Its in a great location and very reasonabley priced. It's a basic room and they have pretty good buffet that's not too pricey. It's an old property and the gym and pool are out dates and dingy - rooms are kinda musky and poor ventilation and could use some updating. Overall it served me well for my short stay.

The room carpet was pretty dirty. Lots of stains and the bed was uncomfortable I could feel the springs moving under me as I moved, very little padding. Around 1130pm I called to report a slip and fall in the bathroom and the person at the desk told me I’d have to call back in the morning if I wanted to talk to a supervisor to fill in a report and didn’t even ask if I was okay. Pretty disappointing.

So convenient, great area, but outdated rooms

Such a convenient location and in what appeared to be a good area but, the room was dingy and there were dents and stains on the walls. Baseboards were crummy. I would stay here again because the area seemed so safe and you could even walk across the street to soooo many shopping and eating. Free parking is a plus although lot is a little tight. Lobby is extremely nice but the rooms could use some TLC.

Reality is different than the pictures!!

Hotel was run-down and needed attention. Carpets were rippled or duct taped. VERY dirty. Door handles were broken and much of the furniture had chips or stains. The bathroom ‘vanity’ looked and felt like spray painted wood. The walls had mysterious stains and needed paint touch ups. Everything besides the beds had a thin layer of grime. The hotel is in a great location, and surrounded by nice businesses, but the hotel itself needed some updating.

The room was simple and did the job for our 4 night stay. Although, we did have some small issues that made the difference between a higher review. The front door was difficult to unlock from the outside. The mattress was EXTREMELY hard, by this I mean almost so uncomfortable we could not sleep. The hot water from the sink was dirty until we ran it for a few minutes. Also, there was no microwave and/or a mini fridge for convenience. Room service also did not stop by a single time in our 4 nights. Overall, I would maybe stay here again upon request for a different room. It truly depends on how these issues would be handled next time.
