Jan.2026.Nice decor. Very clean and quiet. My TV remote had a dead battery and it took 3 trips to the front desk to replace it.There is no toilet paper roll holder in the room! Unable to fully enjoy the balcony as it was soaking wet throughout from ?AC unit leaking condensation or something and nobody offered to fix it, I was only given towels to place on the wet ground. The large TV only displays local channels and would not allow casting from my android phone. The in-room safe had a dead battery and could not be used. Most of the staff is very friendly. Nice location. Sadly, I was not offered any compensation for all the inconveniences.

Rather rundown in need of renovation in short a dump No hot water for basin ,I call it a basin because for some reason the vanity was in the main sleeping area next to the television, not in the bathroom. Seems like it was cobbled together by a handyman most likely from a small third world country on a budget of coupons In short I would not recommend

Room was beautiful and very quiet! The plumbing could use work as the shower took almost ten minutes to warm up and was not able to change from shower to bath, both ran simultaneously without being able to change it. The staff were friendly but a bit uninformed when asked questions. The location was perfect!

We loved the closeness to the Harbor and across the street, the beach. Both directions were an easy enjoyable walk. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The only disappointing thing was at 1025am when there was a knock on the door to remind us checkout was at 11am. I was just showering and this was very uncomfortable and unnecessary as we just saw the desk clerk minutes earlier and acknowledged 11 was checkout time. Hopefully this will change.
