Love the location

Our stay was overall great. We did have some issues with cleanliness. The shower in my sons room needs to be cleaned out and the drain unclogged. He had to use our shower the whole trip because the drain was so backed up. Also, I was not aware that we would have to supply the trash bag liners and toilet paper. I would think over $2000 would include trash bags and toilet paper for the week.

Great unit

This unit was in great condition and was very clean. The location is convenient and it has a great view. The only “problem” with the unit is the mattress in the main suite. That mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. There is a crater in the middle of the bed that is impossible to escape. Water pressure in the unit left a little to be desired, but that may have been a larger problem in the property and not a problem specific to this particular unit.

Security Concerns

Very upsetting the security situation in the evening. There were multiple nights where there were fights resulted in cops coming in. The first night six kids jumped a kid, knocking him out in front of the entire condo complex watching. The second night another fight where a kid was practically scalped. What I realized is none of these kids were actually staying at the complex. They were locals coming in off the streets. It made every night feel very unsafe. Most kids there during the day were not actually renting or owners. They were taking up the facilities space and paying customers could barely use. Extremely disappointing.
