Condo was perfect for 9. Beautiful corner view. Very convenient location. Parking garage was so convenient for 60 per week. Cafe in building was actually pretty tasty! However, be prepared for minimal supplies. Kitchen extremely poorly stocked. No large serving platters, bowls, pans, serving spoons for a four bedroom unit! No oven mitts, only two small dish towels. No towel hooks/bars in bathrooms for towels. Tiny bath mats. Extra pillows but no extra pillowcases. No extra blankets, each bed only has thin quilt. No beach towels or any beach equipment. Elevators were not always available.

It was a million dollar view from this property! The balcony was very large with lots of room for the three kids to play and there was plenty of chairs for the adults. We ate many of our meals out there!! Befrooms were great with a bathroom attached to each room. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river with the kids. The beach was terrific - beautiful white sand! Elevators were really fast considering there are 32 floors. Carts were on every floor for us to haul our stuff from the vehicle to the room and vice versa - that was a great perk! Communication from property manager prior to check-in and check-out was great - we never had any questions or had to contact them. It was hard to leave - we'll definitely be back!

Property was perfect and we will definitely book this particular condo again. Checkout was 10am but the code changed before 9. Luckily one of us was still in the condo, but other than that no complaints! Great place!

Great Family Vacation

The location and resort itself is amazing. The beach is spectacular. The condo was clean and easy to move around in. Easily able to host people from ages 85-3 easily. Kitchen had a few essential items missing such as cutting boards but other than that the kitchen was easy to use for daily meals.

Great family getaway!

Labor Day Vacay

We had an awesome stay (minus a few rainy days). The condo itself is perfect for an extended family vacation. The condo had all the amenities we needed (minus a few things that we ordered from the grocery). The view of this condo was amazing! The rooms were spacious and living quarters was perfect! And then the balcony was a hit! Liquid life was so easy to work with and very quick communication! Only downfall is I think the pools could use a good cleaning-the only con I would say!

Beautiful; amazing views

We stayed here with another family for our seniors’ spring break. There were 6 of us and we had so much room, with 4.5 baths, which was nice after a beach day. The view was amazing; we spent lots of time on the balcony. Plenty of supplies. Check in and check out were simple and the parking lot and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean too!

Winter Stay

We rented the property between Christmas and New years. It was a beautiful place and the view of the Gulf was amazing. Our children loved the indoor pool as it was too chilly to swim in the outdoor pool. A wonderful place! My only issue was that the floors are not cleaned properly or the cleaning items leave the floors sticky. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the Phoenix West 2, 1501.. The condo is beautiful, spacious and the view from the balcony is spectacular! Hope to return there again for future family beach trips…

Good experience overall

The condo was as lovely as the pictures. However, the elevators were unfortunately as bad as all the other reviews stated. 1 out of the 6 elevators was not functional during our stay. Also, make sure to bring your own bath towels as there were very few hand towels and wash rags per bedroom. We also ended up buying hand soap for every bathroom in the unit as there was none and that was a bit aggravating. Finally obviously July was an extremely popular time to go as the lazy river and beach were packed… overall beautiful unit and it worked for our family this year, but next year we will look for a house to avoid the crowds.

Five Star Condo

This was the perfect condo for our family! I love that all 4 bedrooms had either a King size bed or 2 queens instead of bunk beds like so many other condos. Each bedroom also had a nice sized bathroom and a 1/2 bath in the hallway. This condo is huge so there is plenty of room to spread out. The outside deck on this corner unit is also big. It also has a large pantry to put all your drinks and snacks in. The only complaint I would have would be the elevators on the date we checked in. The majority of people were checking in the same day so the carts were hard to find and catching an elevator was almost impossible but the rest of the week we had no problem. For those interested in working out, there is a gym on the same floor. I had planned on working out but didn't so I can't review the gym. I would definitely recommend this condo! You won't be disappointed!
