The room was clean,pleasant, and adequate for our needs. The mattress and pillow were rather hard and a bit uncomfortable. The free breakfast was very minimal.

Changing itineraries is impossible

Pros: AC - it was 110 F.
Cons: Continental breakfast facility and menu is not up to the average competition, although it was sufficient for us to make it to lunch.
Location: We had to commute 55 miles to Boise for our events, so Ontario was not our target.
I was detoured to Ontario, OR due to all hotels, motels, and B & B's for 200 miles were booked. I booked 3 nights, got my business done early, and I wanted to adjust my itinerary. The software would not permit it and there is no apparent phone number to call a human for assistance. I hope I am refunded for the 3rd night of my Ontario, OR stay. I didn't stay. The motel said they advised your office, but I have no confirmation of that being done. Please refund my account for one night stay in Ontario, Oregon. thank you, and I shall use your service again if you can develop a way to change an itinerary after the trip has started. Under New Management

Pros: Coffee in the lobby was good.
That's what the sign said...and it looked like the new management was in over their heads. The in-room WIFI didn't work, the TV was seriously messed up (I never could get it figured out), and the bathroom floor was rotten with tiles peeling up. Stay somewhere else.

A decent place to stop after a long drive.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, hot drinks in lobby 24/7
Cons: Noisy
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but I had to take a smoking room because nothing else was available. The internet would not work in my room so I had to use the computer in the lobby. Good selection of free hot drinks while I was there. There is an area just across the parking lot where diesels pull in and run all night. Not good, luckily for me I had earplugs or I would not have slept. Breakfast was served at a restaurant right in the parking lot. Good pancakes. Not a lot of protein options, mostly carbs. And if you opted for fruit it was just an apple or an orange. All in all it was decent. Best price in area.

Very Nice Staff

All I have to say is what a great staff, always went out of their way to help in anyway. The free food was very good, and what a money saver. They made us feel right at home and were from Alaska.
