Appartement très bien situé, proche de la plage, des pistes cyclables et de la forêt.La résidence est agréable, calme, avec une belle piscine et une ambiance décontractée.La terrasse de l' appartement est bien ombragée ce qui est appréciable par forte chaleur mais par mauvais temps l'appartement doit être assez sombre. Sa situation au rez de chaussée est pratique, les équipements sont simples mais suffisants.
