Déçus !

Résidence et appartement de bonnes tenues. Calme et sécurisée (que pour le Week end !) Car, durant notre séjour, même si nous étions informés du passage des peintres pour passer le karcher sur le balcon le lundi de notre arrivée, il n'était pas prévu de voir et d'entendre les équipes dès 7h30-8h le matin ! Et ce pendant toute la semaine. En plus des odeurs de peinture, du bavardage (normal) des ouvriers, du bruit de la nacelle (engin à moteur), leur présence autour de l'appartement était quelque peu gênante quand à notre aisance sur ce lieu de "repos".Sans oublier, les engins de la société NeoReseaux qui intervenaient tout au long de notre séjour (tractopelle, tronçonneuse...). D'ailleurs, ce genre d'interventions ne s'est pas décidé du jour au lendemain. C'est une décision qui se prend bien en avance. Un calendrier a été établi pour l'ensemble de la résidence. Donc une question : pourquoi Abritel n'était au pas courant ?Nous avons réservé en janvier, mais nous avons été prévenus en mai. Même si nous avions voulu annuler et trouver une autre location de vacances, cela aurait été problématique, car le délai était trop court, notre arrivée étant prévue en juin. Nous sommes très déçus !Avec travaux et nuisances, ce séjour n'était finalement pas aussi reposant que nous l'avions envisagé.

Magnifiques vacances

Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. La résidence de vacances est calme, la piscine avec ses 3 bassins est très agréable. C'est une location que nous recommandons vivement. Une petite suggestion cependant : bien que nous soyons sur la côte Atlantique, que nous puissions dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, les jours de canicule un ventilateur dans les chambres devient indispensable.

Tolles Apartment für eine Familie in guter Lage

Es waren schöne zwei Wochen im Apartment, welches in eine (teilweise etwas veraltet wirkende Anlage) eingebunden ist. Das Apartment selbst hat eine tolle Ausstattung (zB eine top Plancha!). Der Weg zum Strand ist mit Fahrrad, Bus oder Auto eigentlich unproblematisch.Vom Apartment aus lässt sich gut die Gegend mit dem Auto erkunden.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l’appartement de M.Lartigue. Fonctionnel, très bien équipé et avec une belle terrasse (mention spéciale pour les stores électriques quand il fait très chaud !)! La résidence est calme et la piscine agréable ! La navette aux portes de la résidence permet de se rendre facilement à la plage d’Ondres. M. Lartigue est à l’ecoute et très attentif et François qui nous a accueillis est sympathique et de bons conseils ! Nous sommes enchantés, merci !

This was a fantastic experience. The site of L'Allee des Dunes is in a beautiful location near the sea and in the forest. There are 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts on site. Soccer Court & basketball facilities and mini golf close by. Cycling paths through the forest nearby. The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and well layed out. Plenty of restaurants close by. We had a wonderful Holiday in a wonderful place. We'll be back.

Les Landes et le Pays Basque dans un bel appartement

Une adresse à retenir si vous souhaitez passer un excellent séjour à Ondres (40). La forêt des Landes, l'océan tout proche, la quiétude du lieu et l'équipement de l'appartement très complet, tous les ingrédients d'un superbe séjour. j'ai trouvé l'endroit très bien et très reposant. l'accueil de François est chaleureux. super appartement tout neuf avec toutes les commodités et le matériel. Vraiment enchanté du séjour , nous reviendrons sûrement. j'ai eu plusieurs fois Mr LARTIGUE au téléphone je le trouve très sympatique malheureusement je n'ai pas pu faire sa connaissance. La semaine était parfaite Merci
