One staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she made us cappuccinos and Aperol Spritz, adding such a personal touch to our experience. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Duomo to anyone visiting Orvieto.
