"We had a great last minute stay at the Hilton. It’s very convenient with connections to the casino and food court in the adjoining building. Pool was open late and the kids pool is a nice amenity to have. The room was standard to most hotels but we did have a nice view of the casino with the American falls in the background. The room had a slight musty smell from the carpet but was clean overall. The only thing that we needed and didn’t have was a microwave, which is an inconvenience when travelling with babies and young kids especially. We called to ask for one but was told there were none available anywhere in the hotel, not even in any common areas. A small upgrade of having microwaves available would go a long way here. "

"Gorgeous view of the falls from the Premium rooms. A little pricey generally but it was a nice hotel, clean rooms. Check in took quite a bit, there was a long-ish line for the 4pm check in time. Even with the wait, staff were helpful and friendly. I would suggest arriving a bit ahead of your check in to start lining up, to avoid a wait! Parking was $50/night which did seem high, even relative to other parking options in the area"

"My wife and I got lucky with finding this hotel. We based our decision on pictures and reviews and were very pleased w/ the results. This hotel is within a block or two of the shops and restaurants on or near Queen St, very convenient and sits on the edge of Niagara on the Lake Public golf course, very peaceful setting. The building is nearly 200 years old which adds to the charm. The staff was warm and welcoming on-site dining and drinks are top notch. Amy will take your order and has a load of recommendations for activities and wineries. We would definitely stay here again."
