Place is amazing and price is good. We had to waste more than 30 minutes finding parking. So, if you are driving you better take a hotel outside the pedestrian area that’s the whole “casco viejo” meaning old downtown.

Literally, that and picking your keys from a box in an envelope with our names on it, would've been the same. Amenities felt poor considering that it's a 4 star hotel. I have stayed at lower category hotels and had more room amenities than this one. Thus, I guess this is a good enough option if you only need a place to sleep. "
