Room was spacious and very clean though it had a plastic smell throughout. The hotel breakfast offered lots of choice and we loved the option of changing it out for lunch. Parking was very convenient and affordable compared to hotels in other locations. Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Didn't like that the gym, pool and baths were not included in the price of our stay.

This hotel appetite itself as a beach hotel yet the beach was closed for our entire trip. Didn’t say anywhere on the hotel.com advertisement about the beach being closed and we booked the holiday to be using the beach. I complained to the hotel staff and complaint to hotels.com but Apart from a token voucher, I didn’t get any refund of my holiday. Very disappointing. Falsely advertised.

Didn’t realise the outdoor main pool closes 5th November and we arrived the 7th. They make you pay $15 a day to use the indoor pool. Shouldn’t they waive this considering there is no other swimming option? And you are an hour away from main city. Public transport is terrible and not much to do around at all. Buffet breakfast was very average. Not great options and quality is sub par. Wish we booked accommodation in Naha.

Great experience overall. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was extremely clean and interiors modern. However, the waiting time of 120-134minutes to get into the breakfast buffet with 2 young children is extreme and needs a solution found. Considering the price we paid for 4 days it was disappointing to find out that the indoor pool and gym are an additional separate cost.

The resort was wonderful. We booked a room with a balcony facing the ocean, and the space was both comfortable and spacious. A nice touch was the provision of pajamas for guests, which made our stay feel extra cozy. The only downside was some noise one night, as our room was located near the smoking area. While it wasn’t a major issue, it was a bit noticeable at times. The resort also offered a great incentive for guests who opted out of daily housekeeping. We were given coupons that could be redeemed for hotel services or used at the gift shops, which was a thoughtful perk. The hotel has a couple of swimming pools. The indoor pool was particularly nice, with a sauna, although there was an additional fee to use it. When we visited, we had the whole space to ourselves. The outdoor pool, which was free to use, was also lovely. There was a designated area for young children to swim and play, and while some of the pool chairs were complimentary, cabanas were available for rent. The resort had a few restaurants on-site, though we didn’t dine at them during our stay. Overall, the hotel was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If you’re planning to explore the area, we highly recommend renting a car, as it makes getting around much easier.
