Fantastic resort with great views

The hotel is amazing. Very clean, well maintained and beautiful. The service was exceptional as everyone was so friendly and easy to chat with. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea and was very quiet. We received a bottle of champagne upon arrival and during our stay we were given free breakfast in the spa access lounge. The continental breakfast was very good with more options than usual. If you don’t have a vehicle you don’t have to leave the hotel as they have a small beach as well as two nice outdoor pools overseeing the sea as well as an indoor pool for times when it might rain. Highly recommended resort. Would stay here again!

The most unique thing about this hotel is it is the only hotel located on an island in Onna village. Therefore you get to enjoy a full ocean view from 360 angle, which is wonderful. The hotel offers a good variety of water sport activities. One of which we attended was "Boat Snorkeling"; you took a 10min boat ride to the designated ocean spot for almost an hour of snorkeling, enjoyed seeing a good variety of tropical fishes and sea turtle, super awesome. The activity was in small group, exclusive and private, and thus got to enjoy it even more. The hotel owns its an exclusive beach, you actually get to see a lot of tropical fishes and shellfish at reef rocks, that is out of my expectation. It's definitely an international hotel, staff members come from different countries such as Taiwan, Korea, India and etc. Therefore you do not find difficulty communicating. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful, with excellent facilities

Amazing hotel, in an incredible location. Property was immaculate the whole way through. Room was modern, really spacious, had a lovely balcony, was well laid out and extremely clean. Staff were so polite and helpful. Best buffet breakfast I’ve had in a long time. There was a huge selection and the food divine! Pools were amazing, and loved all the additional facilities, rain shower, spas, swimming costume dryer. Everything is so well designed and maintained. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights in September 2024. The room and facilities are both excellent. The staff from the time you arrive to the time you leave are all lovely, efficient and speak English very well. We ate in many of the restaurants and both the italian and japanese food was delicious and well priced. The breakfast buffet while expensive was well worth the cost with the quality and variety some of the best we have ever had. The only service that we felt the hotel lacked was that this buffet was the only option in the morning, their was nowhere else you could get a cup of coffee and a snack - even though they have an espresso machine in the lobby (it sits there unavailable until 11am). We love a buffet but not every day. You can go outside the hotel for breakfast but it’s limited and fair walk.

This was such a wonderful stay. The staff and dining are top notch, the room and hotel is very well designed and contemporary compared to other hotels in Okinawa, and the size and intimacy are great. I will definitely be coming back!

The property is beautiful about 90 minutes from NAHA airport. The resort is made to be a great family oriented resort. The breakfast buffet is a an extra add on - but its a very good buffet - includes western, local and Japanese foods. The must try signature french toast, is really worth the hype, it was delicious, It is also open early at 6:30 pm. The Hotel does have a limited number of aqua sports such as snorkling, fishing,ect. The spa is also very beautiful and unique (The pink welcome drink is wonderful) The staff at the spa is especially welcoming and kind. I did however, not like the fact that many things were booked and constant reservations for restaurants were required every night. I believe this is due to the fact, i came during a busy summer season - maybe the dynamic of the hotel changes when the kids go back to school. Overall, it was wonderful, I will be coming back to the hotel another season.

Beautiful space

Beds were a bit to firm for our liking but we found that to be almost everywhere or at least 4 out of 5 hotels we stayed had firm beds. The Beach part needs improvement or moved if possible. The pools and hot tubs were very nice though. .
