A lovely vacation

The staff are very helpful and friendly, always give out helping hands and the best arrangement for us. The fireworks at garden pool was unforgettably pretty. The kids love the manza beach, the marine ocean park and all the marine activities. We can snorkel and discover a range of fish (even clownfish)

Had a great pleasant stay at the resort, staff were all helpful and attentive. Very nice view and the beach was awesome. The hotel manager was very attentive to details and we felt their warmth and enthusiasm to make guests had the best experience. Though thereโ€™s a suggestion for improvement: The curtain is not wide enough to block the light from the great sunshine of Okinawa, so we were woken up by the bright sunlight after sunrise. Sometimes we just wanted to sleep in for a bit later, but itโ€™s difficult with this bright daylight.

The beach area was beautiful but the lift was painfully slow. We also couldn't really understand why the toilets had blinds on the outside instead of inside. Rooms were average but service was good - you could get extra water or towels or pillows on your phone. Do note that food options outside of the hotel requires a drive out and parking is also by the beach, requiring a shuttle bus to bring us back to the hotel.
