"The very first time I have stayed at a home in Topsail where I did not encounter any palmettos....so happy! The home was very clean and organized. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and just enjoy the ocean. It was a nice 10 minute walk to the coffee shop in the morning, and my favorite local restaurants. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone that prioritizes cleanliness above all. Also, all communication was prompt and helpful. "

"This is an AMAZING home! I cannot recommend it enough. The location is great with so many places to walk to for meals and souvenir shopping and ice cream! The bedrooms are all very nice and the beds are so soft! The property was very clean when we arrived with all bed sheets and towels provided. And the balconies have an awesome view of the ocean. The pool is shared with 3 other homes, but that was not an issue at all! It was heated and very warm as well. The elevator works great. The only issue we encountered was the listing showed more beds in the ground floor room than there are, which gave our group quite an issue at first. "

"Catie’s Cove in Surf City, NC was the perfect getaway for my family and me. Our host was an excellent communicator, making everything smooth and easy. The house was spotless, well maintained, and sits right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. Each morning, I loved relaxing on the porch with my coffee while watching the sunrise. The beach was very clean and well cared for, perfect for long walks. The location is ideal—within walking distance to the pier, Daddy Mac’s (a great beachfront restaurant), the bridge, a hamburger and hot dog spot, a taco place, and several donut and ice cream shops. Truly the perfect beach escape."
