"Overall we enjoyed ourselves in this resort. If you are looking for a slow paced resort, with beautiful views, good food, and friendly staff - this is it. That being said, the resort is older, but is very well maintained and the rooms have several new updates / modern features installed. We had an Ocean Suite that had stunning views and was very beautiful. That bathroom was gorgeous too. Several staff members stood out to us during our stay; Tosheeba was amazing (our waitress for both dinner and breakfast), she remembered our food allergies and was one of the few staff members that was quick to respond. Orwell, who picked us up from the airport was genuinely friendly and welcoming whenever we saw him. The pregnant lady at the Java Cafe who made my daily cappuccino, didn't catch her name, was so nice - i really enjoyed interacting with her. The light skinned lady at the Photo shop was kind and very helpful. Generally speaking, most of the staff were / are eager to help and very approachable. The overall vibe was chill and nice at this resort. Best place food wise for us was the Veg bar - they made hands down the BEST smoothie i've ever tasted!! Our favorite dinner place was the Bella Vista - although we didn't enjoy getting bit by insects under the table... Overall our favorite activity to do was to use the transfer option to the sister resort Couples Tower Islands - and to enjoy a day there. That was fun for us."
