THE VIEW B306 - Endless Summer is a 3rd-floor condo that sits on the top level of one of the high-rise buildings and boasts beautiful lofted views of the ocean and beach. It is a very short walk through the complex to the beach. The master balcony was designed with relaxation and privacy in mind. It houses a comfortable daybed/chaise with curtains that afford you privacy from neighboring condos, while still being able to enjoy the blue skies and ocean view. The bedroom has floor to ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy the ocean view from within the room as well.
KITCHEN AND DINING Upon entering the condo you'll be greeted by a beautifully remodeled kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation, including a couple of extras like an Instant pot and an AIr Fryer. The dining area has flexible seating options for 4-6 guests.
LIVING AREAS Continuing to the living room, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on comfortable couches (one of them being a queen sofa sleeper). The flatscreen mounted on the wall is a Smart TV which you can use to log in to Netflix, Hulu, etc to stay up on your favorite shows. Cable is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. Both the master bathroom and the guest bathroom downstairs have been remodeled with new vanity areas and shower fixtures.
SLEEPING B306 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable, upscale King-sized bed and includes a brand new feather comforter to help you truly relax on your vacation. The bed has trundle storage drawers underneath to ensure the open and airy feel of the space. The master bedroom also has a comfortable sofa with a "flipside" mattress that folds out onto the floor for additional sleeping options if needed. The guest bedroom is spacious and open with two queen beds that have built-in pull-out storage drawers underneath. You'll also find additional flatscreen smart TVs in the bedrooms in case the viewing needs vary within your vacation party. For additional sleeping arrangments there is also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
EXTRAS -B306 is a penthouse (2 story) condo that was fully remodeled top to bottom during the winter of 2019 -This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building. -Hi-speed wireless internet -Air Fryer and Instant Pot in the Kitchen -B306 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4). -The owner has also provided a beach wagon and cooler to make your trips to and from the beach a little easier! -The owner has also gone above and beyond to provide you with additional supplies for fun throughout the complex. These are typically not provided and need to be rented from security. They include BBQ utensils, billiard balls/cues, and ping-pong paddles with balls.
LOCAL AREA / COMPLEX AMENITIES North Coast Village is filled with lush tropical gardens, featuring beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
