Loved the ocean and harbor views! I especially appreciated the stair railing inside the unit. As an older person, it was so nice to have a secure rail I could wrap my hand around!!!

The master bedroom had a wonderful beach & harbor view. Dishwasher needs updating. Badly. Showers are good, but can't do baths in either tub. Fixtures bad. Will definately rent this again, though!

The unit was just as described on the VRBO site. We only spent a little time in the unit, but the location was perfect and the grounds were fabulous! So close to the beach and to restaurants and coffee shops. It was nice to have underground parking, too.

We rented this location due to the many amenities it had to offer and its proximity To the base. It’s a beautiful property with lovely gardens! It’s waterfront and it has this fantastic family friendly feature on the sound side whereas, the tide goes out and it’s swim friendly for littles. The water levels are low enough for the sun to warm it and no crashing waves! Being ocean front, you can also surf! It was clean. The entire property was well kept. Parking garages were nice, the pool was incredibly crowded as was the hot tub. I am not one for crowds and did not enjoy what I was paying to use. We tried to use the pool table and fooseball table however to idolize this space, you have to jump a hurdle or two and we did so however, even after the sun went down, so it was uncomfortably in the space without AC so we didn’t use it either. The unit we rented was also without air and it gets 100 degrees in the loft area where the bed was. It does cool down in the evening however it takes a few hours. We left the curtains closed all day and the windows and doors open. I suppose not having an ac unit is normal for this area and I am just unaware.It was a lovely stay and we would stay again, just not in a lofted unit with that wonderful rooftop balcony.

Beautiful views

I felt like I was on a private getaway vacation in my loft type primary suite. The sheets were clean and fresh, and the mattress was comfortable. The crosswinds and ceiling fans made the whole unit very comfortable.

BFF vaca

This is the second time my friend and I have stayed at this property. We like the ocean front views and walkability of this complex. We had a 3rd floor unit this time which afforded us a rooftop patio which we loved. Restaurants a short walk away.

Dirty condo

The condo community is a great location and very beautiful grounds. This condo was very dirty. The carpets all stained. The hand rails to walk upstairs are very grimy. The stairs are very twisty and narrow. Nasty old accordion door going upstairs. The toilet upstairs very slow to flush. The view of the beach is a lot further than the picture. It is one of the furthest buildings from the beach. It seems every thing out dated in the condo. Would not stay in that condo again. But would stay in the village again.

Great Stay at the beach

Check in after hours was a little rough but everytjungvrjsexwas great. Very close beach access, pool and hot tub. Secure neighborhood. Close the harbor, too. Great restaurants close.

Would've been a great stay, but...

I know none of this is the fault of the unit owner and the stay would have been awesome if 1. any of the elevators were working and 2. we were notified that the water in the building would be shut off. Plus: excellent roof top view. Minus: lugging our suitcases and walking up four flights of stairs the entire stay because the elevators were not functioning. Plus: being reassured that any water shut-offs required 24 hour written notice. Minus: no notice for a 3 hour water shut off during the first half of the day, which meant my family went un-showered for 36 hours. We came to celebrate a birthday but for the amount of money we paid for this unit, we expected a better experience from the property. We were so disappointed and will likely not return to complex altogether.

Love hearing the waves!

It was perfect for us. We had a sand soccer tournament and it was an easy walk. Bbq was clean and made meals easy while the kids swam in the pool. The kids loved all the amenities ping pong, pool, golf, swimming etc. I loved eating on the patio watching the ocean. My absolutely favorite was sleeping with the screen door and listening to the ocean waves. Wish we could have stayed longer.
