THE VIEW
Sit back and relax in F9 - Beach Cottage Getaway, a ground-level cottage with a beautiful harbor and ocean view cottage located in North Coast Village. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio with harbor, ocean, and south jetty views. The patio also features a table & chairs, and an adjacent lawn area surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Located just steps from the sand, this luxurious condo has tropical garden views out the bedroom window, and sounds of a babbling stream nearby.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a bar refrigerator, and comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your condo. The dining area has a large table with seating for 4.

LIVING AREAS
F9 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with a sofa and comfortable armchair. The living room also has a 47 inch flat-screen TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels free of charge. There is also a Blueray/DVD player and a DVR so you can make sure you don't miss any of your favorite shows while swimming in the waves. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a beautiful walk-in shower with a separate vanity area.

SLEEPING
F9 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed, upscale furnishings, and a 26 inch flat-screen LCD TV with cable and DVD capabilities. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the closet where there is a queen-sized blow-up mattress with additional linens and pillows.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the building.

-F9 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
F9 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
