This modern condo is a 5-minute walk to several popular restaurants, microbreweries (i.e. Belching Beaver), pubs, the historic Oceanside Pier, and various rental kiosks offering bikes, boards, and beachside needs. The condo features a pull-out sofa sleeper (with topper) and pull-out chaise in the main living space. Also, one bedroom is located in a private casita which will allow privacy while still enjoying time with your loved ones. The bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and are open and airy--splashed with natural sunshine. The private balcony offers a panoramic ocean view and allows you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with gated access right onto The Strand!

Amenities include an inviting, open-concept gourmet kitchen stocked with serve ware, kitchen tools and wine fridge, full-size washer/dryer, underground gated parking with 2 reserved spaces, large private patio that's perfect for entertaining, and a spacious, well-appointed living area. Condo includes Wi-Fi, 3 wall-mounted televisions and ensuite bathrooms. This property also features a private, open courtyard to store your beach toys and rinse off after a day at the beach!
