This was by far the best place we stayed in Oaxaca. The place is new and immaculate. The staff are incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Location is central and very convenient.

The hotel is not quite ready to be considered five star. It’s new, but lacking are communal lounge, patio, and reception. The value can be realized by limiting bar noise, providing comfortable chairs in room, and providing a social setting outside of the bar/breakfast service.

This is a new hotel that opened on Oct 31st, 2025. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had an issue with the AC and it was resolved very quickly. We got a room with 2 queen-size beds. The room was large and spotless. The hotel was also in a very good location within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The Martis bar in the hotel was just the right size and served excellent food and drinks. Definitely will stay here again for our future visits to Oaxaca.

The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. Especially since it's close to the central area... It was a great location to rest a little with the kids after lunch and then go sightseeing again in the afternoon. Be sure to try Welcome House Mix at Mantis Bar. You will fall deeply in love with mezcal's charm. It's hard to go on a date when traveling with children, but it's a great place for couples to have cocktails for a while. The taco place next to the hotel is also so delicious as a late-night snack.

Ein wunderbares Schmuckstück in toller Lage! Vor allem Alan an der Bar hat uns immer mit fantastischen Tipps und leckeren Drinks versorgt. Leider einen Stern Abzug, da es doch sehr hellhörig ist. Die Unterkunft ist in einem offenen Innenhof, so hallt es schnell am morgen durch Musik oder das Öffnen und schließen anderer Türen.

El hotel está muy bien: es nuevo, tiene buena ubicación, la cama es cómoda y el personal es amable. Las principales oportunidades están en el servicio de internet, que es muy deficiente y hace imposible trabajar. Además, el área de desayuno/bar es agradable desde lo visual, pero la oferta es limitada, el servicio es muy demorado y la calidad de los productos no resulta destacable.
