Enjoy this cozy, yet large, condo with an ocean view in the heart of Oak Island. It's a great place to relax and also be in very close proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery stores all at the same time. You are likely to not even need to drive unless you want to venture further out to some of the other great attractions the island and nearby towns have to offer. The Ocean Crest Pier is also very nearby (just a short drive up E. Beach Drive to the right). Come and get away from it all. The hustle and bustle of our little family-oriented island town is nowhere near as crazy as the big city. Here, you're just a short "Ocean Walk" away from total relaxation with still a bit of convenience.

So Disappointed

Thought for this price point we would have lovely clean place to stay - but it was battered and dirty. Lots of positives in stocked kitchen and lovely decor but in need of paint and floor cleaning. Had to get maintenance to fix things and clean the soiled area rugs. Big space and comfy for large group but really needs owner attention. Loud people upstairs kept us up at night several nights. Vacuuming at 5:30 am over our heads. We could go on and on.
