"This hotel will meet a one night stay and that's it. The lady that checked us in was great. The guy working on checkout was rude! The floors were clean....the beds seemed clean but the bedding was full of burn holes and stains. Even the lamp shades had stains. Breakfast was basic, we didn't eat because we didn't need too. The halls on the 2nd floor stunk like smoke very badly. I guess you guess you get what you pay for."

"When we arrived we could immediately tell this hotel was not clean. We got up to our room and there was poop in the toilet and when flushed, it started overflowing. When we went down to tell them, we received no apology. We were just told someone would come up to fix it. We asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere and the assistant manager said he did not have authorization and that the general manager would have to process the refund the next day. We received no update the following day. Horrible experience."
