Die Wohnung ist praktisch für kurze Aufenthalte. Allerdings ist das Obergeschoss zum Teil so niedrig, dass dort nur die "Sieben Zwerge" aufrecht gehen können.

La résidence est plutôt bien située avec un arrêt de navette à proximité. L’appartement est vraiment petit. Il est bien décoré mais mal équipé et peu pratique pour les rangements. Bon échange avec les propriétaires et la personne responsable sur place.

Appartement optimisé ... propreté à ameliorer

Bel appartement, bien décoré dans un esprit montagne, avec une très jolie vue en direction de Crest-Voland. Relativement bien équipé (manque un peu de verres et l’électroménager est vieillissant : bouilloire qui fuit, cafetière entartrée à nettoyer). La distance avec le pied des pistes est de 10 minutes à pied en coupant à travers le terrain en face de la résidence. Une navette passe aussi au bout du chemin de la résidence toutes les 15 minutes pendant les vacances scolaires et dépose au pied des pistes (ESF). Nous avons pu louer un local à skis à l’hotel La Molliniere, au pied des pistes également (en supplément de la location de l’appartement). L’espace de vie est acceptable en terme de taille si on n’utilise pas le couchage du clic clac (ce que nous avons fait), mais nous nous sentions un peu à l'étroit à 7 personnes. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants de 5 à 10 ans. La chambre est très mansardée et la mezzanine est intelligemment optimisée. Le point faible majeur est la propreté du logement nettoyé par les locataires en fin de semaine. La propreté de la vaisselle était relative. Toute la deco à base de tissus (housse clic clac, housse des nombreux coussins, tapis ...) mériterait un nettoyage ainsi qu’un dépoussiérage global qui ne revient pas aux locataires. Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour.
