With some retaining features dating back to the early 1300’s, Dell Cottage was once the village school, but is now a hidden treasure right in the heart of the picturesque coastal village of Mundesley. Although just a quaint village, Mundesley has many of the facilities of a small town, and with the beach literally on your doorstep, you may be tempted to park up and stay put.
Those who do wish to venture further afield will find a string of pretty towns and villages lining the coast, with picturesque quays, marshes, sand/shingle beaches and sand dunes. The town of Wroxham is also close by, and is known as the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. With great walks, cycling routes, National Trust properties, stately homes and wildlife sites galore, you will soon see why this area remains such a popular destination for families and couples alike. Lovely property
The Dell is a lovely unique property with a wonderful garden. Right in the centre of town and a few minutes from the beach. Only downside was the property was very cold and very limited information provided to use appliances. We had rain on the last day and as previous guests have mentioned, the rain does come through the kitchen window. Would stay again but maybe in the warmer months.
