This hotel is very run down and smells of mold. We were given a Wifi password at check in, but after 30 minutes of trying to access it, we had to go to reception to find out that all internet and tv service had been down all day and they had no idea when it would resume. No apologies, no compensation, just a shoulder shrug.

Our room was obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival. We had no towels/ tissues/toiletries. Staff didn't remedy the situation. Staff was incapable of telling us shopping/restaurant locations. Received text from hotel asking what we need yet when we replied they still didn't bother to take care of us. Would not recommend. The outside premises were clean + well kept. Burger King was in the same Plaza + conveniently open late.

We were only there for a short night for an early morning flight out of IAD. We woke up in the middle of the night to a waterfall out of the bathroom ceiling. We called the front desk and they immediately brought a bucket to catch the water. Unknown why the water leak occurred, but it certainly interrupted our night's sleep.

It was ok but could be better. The housekeeping didn’t do her job properly. I stayed for 3 nights and my bed was never changed. Trash was overflowing. I had to ask for change of towels.Breakfast was the only thing that was good. The concierge were polite with checking in. The next I was locked out of my room. Overall I’ll give them a 5. Also the comforter wasn’t clean had stains.
